I LOVE Smile Envy!! My first experience there was hilarious, I waited for my turn. As soon as my cleaning started after my xrays, it started to storm outside, and the BAM the power went off. We all sat in the dark laughing for about 20 minutes, when the power started to flicker on and off. Seeing that it was late in the day and I knew they had other patients I decided I would come back another day. A couple days later I was called with a new appointment time. When I walked in I was greeted by name, the front desk told me they had already signed me in. I took a seat and was called back a few minutes later. I was given the remote to the TV and reclined back, as I watched the TV on the ceiling my cleaning began. Now Im gonna be real honest, it had been AWHILE since my last cleaning, so I had to pull out my military training and bare the pain..hehe. I have some pearly whites now. ;) The Doc came in gave me my exam and motivated me to come back more often. She gave me a clean bill of mouth health and said she would see me in 6 months. My next appointment was made, and the young lady at the front desk informed me I would get a call and email reminder. I left happy. They were offering ice cream cones today for customer appreciation, but I am trying to get into cruise ship shape so I just took my goodie bag. I am so lucky to have such a great Dental Clinic and Dentist so close to my house. I will be referring my friends and neighbors to Smile Envy Dental Studio!!!! Thanks for the great job!!!! :-D

From the receptionist to Dr.Carter, the staff at Blush dental go above and beyond to create a great dental experience. The decor is beautiful and the little measures such as the beverage center further gained my attention. Having had a previous bad dental experience elsewhere Blush was a breath of fresh air. At my most recent visit the dental hygienist Lucy, actually held my hand while I was being numbed because I expressed being nervous. That combined with the massage chair, and Dr. Carters great work made for the most relaxing dental visit ever. I was so impressed I have already booked appointments for my daughter, and referred my grandmother as well as mother. Blush has become the dental home for my family and I would send any friends seeking a dental home there as well. Keep up the great work!!!

Worst experience of my life. Unorganized and understaffed in front office. I was the very first patient and came in for a emergency visit in excruciating pain. This office never confirmed my insurance so every time when she called to verify a breakdown of insurance she kept on hanging up due to long wait period. I called Delta dental and they explained the providers have several ways of doing this mind you... they had patient after patient be seen and Im in pain waiting on verification that was already supposed to be done ahead of time. This was my very first appointment and last time I will deal with some thirsty unprofessional office that had no type of regard for my situation and I cant get my 2 hours back either!

I have made 2 appointments here already, and both went very well. I felt right at home at this office! The waiting area is very comfortable. The people of BLUSH are all very friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had for them. The team members working on my teeth also treated me with great care. I was informed I had periodontal disease during my first visit. I received therapy for this on my second visit, and felt very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. After they addressed some of my discomfort, I nearly fell asleep on the chair during the rest of it! I look forward to getting my teeth taken care of here as long as I live in East Point, and perhaps if I even move away.

Dr. Carter is the best!! She is very professional, gentle with her care and above all personable. I will not entrust anyone else with my dental needs. My husband was anxious about having his dental work done but she made him feel at ease. He looks forward to his next appointments (lol). Her dental studio is very comfortable and relaxing. She has exam chairs that massage your back while you watch your choice of shows on the T.V. Choose Dr. Carter as your dentist and you will want all of your friends and family to see her as well.

Dr. Carter is such an amazing dentist! First when you walk in her establishment the vibe is serene! Dr. Carter is one of value, it shows through her work, she puts you at ease at the same time while your thinking its going to be a long process shes done! My son hates the dentist but every since he visited Dr. Carter he has no complaints. I have referred so many people because of my experience with the practice! You get Beverly hills California treatment on Cleveland avenue... Thanks Dr. Carter you are awesome and the staff is too!

My first visit was great and Dr. Carter is fantastic! She truly care about the patient and each individual case. Shes extremely thorough and completely professional. The level of care you receive at Smile Envy is first class. Being comfortable is a huge factor for me when I visit the dentist and they exceeded my expectations! The level of skill, knowledge, and passion Dr. Carter has is sure to put you at ease. From the massage chairs, television, headphones... Its amazing how luxury dentistry is made affordable.

My husband gave Blush Dental Studio a raving review after going in for a routine cleaning, so I decided to give them a try. The outstanding customer service began when I entered the facility. The quality of care I received was top tier (and Im picky). They have state of the art equipment and they were thorough in their explanation of each step in the process of x-raying my teeth and the cleaning process. They made me feel like a valued Customer. The establishment is incredible! Clean, modern, comfortable. Dr. Carter is outstanding! She was always smiling and it was clear that she loves her job and cares for her patients. As I was leaving, Dr. Carter overheard me asking to view my x-rays and she stopped what she was doing to sit with me and explain my x-rays and digital images in a language that I could understand. Ive never enjoyed going to the dentist, but now I am excited to get my dental care at Blush! Thank you Dr. Carter and staff.
