I had switched my service to Dalton Animal Care North about 2 to 3 years ago. I am so glad I did. You dont feel like you are just a number. They are all so welcoming of not just me but of my furry family. And you can tell they genuinely care about your pets needs. I had to put my Schnauzer down after 10 years due to cancer. They were so compassionate and understanding. When he was first diagnosed, they told me what to expect and said to call if I had any more questions. When it was time to put my dog down, they gave me all the time I needed with him. They understood how hard it was for me and I even received a sympathy card afterwards. I have since taken my sons pet there and they are just wonderful with him and my very active son who likes to talk to everyone and ask questions. I would strongly recommend taking your furry family to this office. You wont be sorry.

The Veterinarians and Techs are so friendly at Dalton Animal Care. They always greet me and my dog with smiles and a scratch on the head for him. Whenever I go in for treatment for my dog, I always get a courtesy "check-up" call from the Veterinarian the next day to check on him. I really like that, it lets me know that they genuinely care for the well being of my dog. My dog doesnt like getting his nails clipped and they know how to keep him under control without being mean to him. I live 30 minutes away from their clinic and could go to much closer clinics, but I know that I get excellent care there.

Dr E examined Coltrane for the first time. He was very thorough. He was patient, answered questions, and was interested in him. He is the only Dr that noticed and questioned his growths near his anus. Very impressed for a first visit. I really like Dr E. He took care of Zipper when he was near death. He is always interested, listens, provides suggestions and referred us to the RIVER. Dr Davis is good. She is patient, interested, makes suggestions and listens. The Kitty Korner receptionist is very friendly, concerned and thoughtful. The other front desk employees are friendly and helpful.

Any place that charges 250 bucks to spay an animal plus the cost of mandatory vaccination is completely inexcusable no matter how good the service. Save yourself some serious coin and go *anywhere* else if you can. Offices that gouge people who dont know better dont deserve to be open, smiles or not. You can get an animal spayed at four or five different places around the Dalton area for about 65 bucks total. DAC North is a massive ripoff

I had never used them until I had to make the most difficult decision of my life . My sweet kitty of 16 years had reached the stage in her disease that it was time to let her go peacefully or let her suffer till the end . I had her put to sleep and they were very caring and accommodating.

I love them. The care and service is good as the best but their prices are great! Its tough times for most in this carpet town and more or unexpected expense on pet is a burden that competes with other needs/uses for same money. Thankfully their prices make it a less of a burden.

I love the staff of Dalton Animal Care! They do a fantastic job of treating my pets as they would treat their own. They are always friendly and willing to help. When we had an emergency a few years ago, they stayed open late to help us. Theu definitely go above and beyond!
