Dr. Lisa Jividen now runs PAH. She is a very good vet and understands that theyre more than just "dogs or cats" but are our furry family. She is realistic and shares that openly, but as kindly as possible. The whole staff is very kind, caring, and friendly. They also make calls a few days after youve been in to check on your furries. I think a lot of PAH because Dr. Lisa not only loves her patients and they love her, but she offers a lot of her free time to the strays of Cumb Co. One more thing I really enjoy about PAH is that there is no answering service for after hrs, if you have a problem you call and get a number that you can contact Dr. Lisa herself. I think that alone speaks of just how caring this woman truly is.

These people are truly a blessing. They all went above and beyond to help my dog. They were sweet, caring and you could just tell they are true animal lovers. I will never go to another vet again. I only wish I found them sooner!! They even called to check on my dog later that night! I was absolutely amazed with their service and compassion. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best care for their animals

Dr Lisa is not only an awesome vet, but shes a genuine animal lover. She tells it like it is, but with compassion and care. The entire staff is friendly and outgoing, and the entire office is cleaner than some hospitals Ive been in. I recommend PAH to everybody I know and meet because of the level of care my pets receive, and the integrity of Dr Lisa and the rest of the staff.

I highly recommend this place. They were very kind and caring not only to me and my boyfriend but to our dog. We got in to see the vet the same day we called. The place was very clean and welcoming. They were also very kind enough to answer any questions we had and gave some great advice.

Dr. Higgins and his staff are great! Dr. Higgins is very knowledgeable, compassionate and takes the time to thoroughly answer all of your questions. Our pets have been patients at Plateau Animal Hospital for years. JV
