Ive had various little things happen over the years, but Ive overlooked everything because they are right beside where I work so its convenient to use them. The last 4 times Ive had my dog groomed, it was here. The first two times, they did a poor job and he smelled immediately upon pickup, so I complained. The third time, he was spotless and I was very happy. The fourth time (on Friday), I picked him up and it was clear he got a lick and a promise. I complained on the spot--I guess it was built up after 3 bad groomings that I wanted some satisfaction. The girls there said they were not authorized to give me a partial refund, but the office manager would call me. I just got that call a few minutes ago, and the short answer is, "Were sorry to lose your business." Now will someone tell me... how smart is it to tick off a customer by doing your job poorly, then tell them essentially to get lost? Especially in this day and age of the Internet? So they could have given him a free grooming, which would have cost them next to nothing, and kept me as a customer for years. Considering Fridays visit alone was $235, I am confident Ive spent thousands of dollars there over the years. And they dont care if they lose my business or not, not to mention the people they will lose from word of mouth. I even thought about disputing my credit card charge, but theyve caused me enough headache already. They can keep it. Hope it was worth it to them. As a side note, I suspect the other 3 reviews here to be fake. Note they were all posted within a 5-day time period in November 07, and they all use the same nickname format of "first name, last initial, a period after last initial." What was so special about that November week in 2007?

I cant say enough about their services. Ive always been paranoid when it comes to trusting reviews on the internet about places, but I HAVE to get this out. The staff at Frankfort Animal Clinc were MORE than nice; extremely understanding; and very thorough when it comes to explaining the things my dog needed. I also get her groomed there. About a month ago, I took her to Petco (also in Frankfort) to get groomed--they had a special going on. It was gonna be cheaper than what I usually pay at FAC. They did a HORRIBLE job! I dropped her off in the morning before any other dog was there to be groomed and was told it would take 45 minutes--an hour at the most. My dog was still wet when I picked her up--FOUR hours later; she didnt smell fresh--i dont even think they clipped her nails. Im not anal about this type of stuff, but they advertised that shed get a little bow afterward--I got nothing. In fact, there was still a little dust on my babys nose when I picked her up. You want someone whos dependable, go with a place who values your business as a customer and stick with Frankfort Animal Clinic.

This place does not care about animals or there health!!!! I would never take my animals to this place ever again!!!! My cat was really sick and I took him to this place he was dying in my arms and they just told me to have a set into the waiting room we waited for 5 minutes before they took us into a room and when we finally got into the room this weomen just came in the room and didnt even look at him she wasted 20 mins of his life that could of been saved! She told us to take our animal and leave!!!! I have a good case on them and Im definitely getting a lawsuit on them!!! Thanks to them my baby died that day!! Believe me they only care about the money NOT the animals!!!!

Dr. Kennedy has been our pets primary care provider for over 15 years. She has always treated us and our pets with kindness and respect. She has proven to provide only the best care. Everyone at Frankfort Animal Clinic is friendly but Dr. King and his assistant went above and beyond. Each time we have visited Dr. King takes the time to answer all of our questions and gives thorough explanations. He is very patient and everyone was great with our nervous chihuahua. After surgery, we heard from the clinic every few days to check up. We traveled an hour just to visit this clinic based on a recommendation and we would gladly travel further to receive such great service!

Very helpful when I called to get my kitten seen very last minute due to an injury. The ladies upfront were very nice and the Vet explained everything thoroughly to me and got my kitten the right treatment plan. They also have great business hours for people that work 8-5... still cant get over that the clinic is open til 230 on Saturdays! Definitely plus!

I would not even give them a one stare if it was possible. I understand they are not a free clinic but when you totally refuse treatment to a dog that would die otherwise without $1500 up front, thats rediclious and uncaring. Im so glad i found a vet that actually cared!
