VERY PLEASED !!!!! I’m not easily impressed and rarely do I give reviews. With that being said let me tell you about Northside Family Dental, the staff, and Dr. Tate. I am dealing with a larger than normal dental procedure and I’m on a VERY constrained timeframe. I contacted Dr. Tate’s office; during my first phone call, I was treated with the upmost respect and curtesy, reassured that I would be well taken care off. The front staff is wonderful. I had my first appointment on the July 17th and I waited maybe only 3 minutes if that to be called back. The office was very clean and up to date. Dr. Tate was so kind and reassuring. I felt so comfortable with her and her staff. I have no doubts that in deed I will be well taken care of by this practice! I arrived nervous and left completely reassured and delighted I made this appointment. So, if your reading this review and are thinking about visiting this practice I would advise you to call and come in to see Dr. Tate. You will be glad you did!

What a pleasure it was going to Northside Family Dental today. I wanted to be somewhat picky when I began searching for a new dentist in my network. Since moving to Columbus I neglected finding a new dentist. But, well...you do need a dentist, I really needed a dentist. I began my research online with a pretty large list. The consistent positive reviews of Dr. Tate along with her mini bio put them #1 on my list. I was able to get an appointment right away. The office is very clean and comfortable. The staff is great. The hygienist along with Dr. Tate were both very informative and took their time answering all of my questions. I need quite a bit of work. I feel I am in very good hands!

I made an appointment for my son because his insurance had changed, they were very patient with my extremely active son. They turned to Nick.Jr on the TV in his room and explained everything to him with a smile. The doctor was so sweet and handed out stickers after the appointment. We were in and out with no issues and it was pleasant to see such a friendly staff. I liked it so much, I stayed and made an appointment for myself!!!! Great experience and flexible schedule for my busy work schedule. Thank Northland Family Dental!

Great experience! I had been in search for a good customer service experience that included a cultural competent medical professional. It may sound a bit much to some, but I have learned the difference since moving back and I had some fears. The dentist greeted me at the desk, and was understanding when discussing payment. She even had options available for my poor pockets.. lol. She was gentle and non abrasive. Great bedside" manner. All of that together makes me feel better about spending my money.

I have NEVER in my life received such AMAZING service. First off, Dr. Tate is absolutely amazing in her work and makes the process of removing my wisdom tooth painless. Secondly, the caring and compassion I have received from the staff and the office manager Reggie, has been impeccable. OMG I love Dr. Tate!! I have been a patient now I think for 4 years and I love the service, the professional staff and the reminders that I get for my appointments. It seems that Dr. Tate wants her patients smile to be as beautiful as hers, so each visit she adds her own personal touch. I would highly recommend her!
