Extremely nice and caring Staff. My Primary Dr. was closed and I went to Centra Care. I would go again if needed. Very pleased! I see others on here complaining about the wait time. I also waited almost 2 hours, but it was a much shorter wait than sitting in the E.R., and also more pleasant surroundings. The Staff were keeping patients in the waiting area apprised of when they will be seen, they have a nice coffee bar, and cold bottled water in the fridge. And once they take you to the back, they take care of you, unlike the E.R. where you can wait in the room forever. If the Dr. and Nurses are taking time to take care of Patients, and you receive the same attention, there is nothing to complain about. Very happy they are open and close to my home!

I am very disappointed with the service that I received while at centra care in Deland, FL. After waiting for over a hour and a half I was seen and then when given my antibiotics they gave me the wrong patients medicine. The whole time they had used a different patients chart as mine. There was clearly a violation against HIPAA because they did not ask for my name or date of birth to clearly identify myself as the right patient. The whole office was very disorganized. Most of the employees had good customer service skills but other than that there was a lack of organization and communication.

Simply pathetic. My wife is still waiting for a radiology report for an ultrasound exam that was done 5 days ago. The imaging facility said the report was ready an hour and a half after the exam was completed and also said the report has been faxed to Centra Care twice. We got the proverbial “something must be wrong with the fax” routine. It’s a shame this facility isn’t as concerned about follow up as much as they are concerned about collecting co-pays. Part of the mission of Centra Care to patients states that "it is our desire to serve patients promptly...". Really?

Went during our spring break vacation with 2 boys ages 3 and 5. Wait time was over 1.5 hours, even with making an appointment. Ok treatment. Paid the co-pay, then recieved a bill for balance because Centra Care does not recognize our seconday insurance (out of network). No problem. We asked that Centra Care re-submit the bill. Centra Care responded to get our insurance on a 3 way call. Never have this problem in our state. I guess in Florida Centra Care we have to do the billing work ourselves.

I just came to this establishment for some care for an earache and a sore throat with chills. This facility closes at 8pm and was told the doctor has already left for the evening and are only seeing drug screen patients, and patients for who just need to be seen by nursing staff. Was informed I could either go to Sanford or to the ER. If I wanted to wait at an ER, I wouldnt went there in the first place. Why be open until 8 if there is no doctor on duty. Just RIDICULOUS

People were friendly enough but I made an appointment and here I am still sitting in the lobby over an hour after my scheduled time and I guess I still have one person in front of me! Hows that possible if they were a walk-in and I had an appointment? I work in the medical field and we would NEVER have people waiting for over an hour after their scheduled appointment time. Like I said, nice people but they need better time management skills.

My husband just went to your establishment, he was one minute late, and the doors were locked. Thats not the problem, but when he pulled on the door not realizing he was late the employees that were in the reception area where laughing at him. I feel like that is not very professional. We will not attempt to go to this place again if they are laughing in your face, think about what they are doing/saying behind closed doors.

Dont go here for an emergency. I would only go to this place for an antibiotic. They turned us away for a superficial fish hook removal they said they were not comfortable removing a fish hook. If you can handle that you cant handle any emergency. Time to close your doors or change your sign.

My daughter was seen here a few days ago and our overall experience at this facility was excellent. The staff was polite and friendly and answered all my many questions. We were in and out within an hour. I will be using this facility again in the future if needed.

As of 10-12-2016 this office is not open. Lol. Google didnt make mention while searching using the "Centra Care Near Me" command via voice. We showed up and its under construction. Oh well. Im sure it will be a great Centra Care facility in the future.

I have nothing but nice things to say. So I arrived at 7:58 they close at 8:00 pm and they were so nice, they say my daughter with no problems at all. Everyone from the front door to the doctor was amazing. We couldnt be more happy with our 1st visit.

Husband goes in for acute pain in shoulder....told by doctor that since he is in so much pain, he cant do the exam. They still charge us 192.00 just for coming in. I guess thats what an office visit cost. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Went to Centra Care this morning. The waiting room was empty. It is nice to walk into such a clean facility. The ladies at the front desk are considerate and happy. Scottie the nurse is amazing and Dr. Herbert is top notch!!

Arrived and they told us 2 1/2 hour wait. After 2 and 45 minutes they called is up and told us they wanted to reschedule us for later in the day. It would be a while before we got in to be seen #horribleservice

Horrible place will never go again. Not only was the people at the front desk rude and nast but I waited with my son for more than 3 hours and was still not called until I complained.

Made a 8:40 appointment and was seen and walking out by 9am. Doctor was very nice. Office is clean and staff was friendly. Will use again (but hopefully wont have to)
