If zero stars were available, thats what I would leave. I had a terrible experience here. I took my son 3 months ago for his 12 month visit and had a decent experience. The girl there at the time was professional and nice, but unfortunately they were currently out of one of the vaccines he needed and said we could get it done at his 15 month visit. So, I took him back this morning for his 15 month visit. They brought him to a room to get his vitals and the girl seemed to think that a 15 month old boy should be able to sit perfectly still to get his blood pressure taken. Are you serious? I can barely hold still for those things that squeeze your arm for a minute or longer!! First upon entering the actual room where the doctor would see us, I noticed there were wrappers lying on the counter, had anyone cleaned this room? Whatever, I let that go. Several minutes later the doctor came in, asked a couple questions, looked in my son’s ears... But overall did not seem at all interested. I explained that my son had been coughing only at night for the past week and was a little congested. He nodded and left, never to be seen again. Okay.... So, 30 minutes later a woman who barely speaks a word of English comes in and tells me they only have 2 of the 4 shots he needs available and that they wont have the others until FEBRUARY. Please keep in mind, my child goes to a registered day care and shot records are vital upon him being able to attend. Why cant they tell you these important things when youre scheduling a 15 month olds well baby check up? They dont care as long as they get your copay and get to bill your insurance for an doctors visit. A doctors visit that is so impersonal and quick that it frustrates me to think how much money this doctor collects for saying hello to people. Either way, I let the girl give him the two shots they DID have available, which I immediately regretted. This girl looked as if shed never given a shot to a child before. She stuck the needle in without holding his leg so that when he started kicking, the needle moved around and was very painful for him. She seemed surprised that a 15 month old cries and kicks when being stuck by a needle! It was downright the most unprofessional and awkward doctors visit Ive ever experienced, and I will never go there again with my children. Ive learned that you should stick to traditional Pediatricians, not convenience doctors who only get patients because theyre open when no one else is. Please disregard their website and misleading posters of babies, because these people are not qualified to handle your young children. On top of everything, the woman who walks around in jeans and updates the records was very unpleasant and acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for an updated immunization record. Do you really expect me to just leave after my baby gets two shots of God knows what?? I couldnt believe the attitude and straight out incompetence of these people, including the "Doctor". I feel stupid for thinking that some after hours clinic could handle a simple well baby check up.

The I Care Clinic is on vineland road close to disney, and next to Walmart. I have been to this clinic multiple times now, most times taking my loved ones to get a either a shot, or get checked out by the doctor, what-have-you. But the last couple of time i went to this clinic was because i was ill myself this time. So i am writing this review from first hand experience. The location of this clinic is very convenient for me and i am sure for other locals. However this location is very suitable for anyone visiting due to many hotels and resorts in the vicinity. The atmosphere of the clinic is just like you would expect a clinic to have, clean, professional, quite, with cringe worthy-yet family safe- TV show on. One thing that i have consistently noticed there is that the clinic is always clean even the small section in the corner for young kid to play-there are some toys there to keep the kids occupied. The ladies behind the desk are very nice and helpful and they helped me get sorted out as soon as i entered. A REVIEW of a doctor, unlike coffee, is not very subjective in my opinion, a doctor is either caring for not. Which makes him a good doctor or not a good doctor. Well i can safely say that Dr Juniad is a caring doctor,therefore a good doctor. He was very attentive and understanding of all my medical issues that i was having. My problem had been with me for some time now. and i am very happy to say i am almost a 100 percent in only 3 weeks. I will, with my full confidence, recommend I Care Clinic to all my fellow locals and to my tourist friends. Go to this clinic with a peace of mind and know that you are in caring hands, from the receptionist, to the nurses, to the doctors.

First, doctor spent a total of 2 minutes speaking to me not with me. Secondly, nurses speaking infront of other patients about other patients that are in the office. I told him I have a history of depression and anxiety and due to lack of health insurance. My depression and anxiety has never been as bad as it is now. During his two minutes of his exam he listened to my lungs and felt my stomach. Told me I need to gain his trust before he can give me a referral to see someone pretaining to my mental health. I went to him two days ago and was admitted into the hospital for an pneumonia. His two minutes exam couldnt even detect the liquid in my lungs? Telling him I am severely depressed was not enough for him to do something about. As he left the office I burst into tears the nurse rubbed my back and said it was because I was a new mother. I have a 7 year old and 2 year old. Oh and they gave me a form to get drug tested and blood work. I should have known because as you pull up their black windows are filled with advertisements like "look younger, lose weight, get your lipido back, get immigration physical" All in all if you have state insurance, are suicidal, have an pneumonia and want your medical business to be shared with surrounding patients by all means....this would be the doctor to go to. Maybe I would be better off if I needed botox.

I came to the Florida to attend the boat show and just before the day we were leaving I hurt my foot. I went online and looking for a clinic near my hotel and found Instant Medical Care also known as I Care Clinic. I went to see a doctor and I felt better as soon I was attended by front desk. The staff was so friendly and caring and the office was clean. The front desk lady put me in the room directly and brought her equipments to take my vitals in the room as my foot was hurt and she didnt want me to walk back and forth. I was really happy that were concern about me. Then Dr Syed came and and treated me very professionally and friendly. He even provided me with the kit to help my foot safe and more comfortable. I love the way the whole staff and Dr was treating me and make me feel like that Im their patient for a long time. In short I love the services and treatment I received from Instant Medical Care and thats why I took my time to write this review. Thank you Dr Syed.
