I just went to my first appointment and the staff was nice. The M.A, Adriana was professional and easy to talk to. But, the ARNP was belittling towards the end of my appointment when I was explaining to her that my insurance prefers my lab work to be done at a hospital (not the default labs such as Quest or Labcorp). To make things easier I asked if she could just write me a script (which is what my old PCP did) and she hit me with "we do everything electronically here" which is true but she couldve easily made a copy of the script and scanned it into the system. Little did she know that I work at a doctors office that uses the same EMR system. She didnt even say "bye" or "have a nice day" to me at the end of my appointment, she just left the door open. Next time Im going to one of the other doctors.

Everyone is friendly and the doctors seem good, but we have wasted 3 months waiting for something, we were told, that could get done in 2-3 weeks. We have had to call them to remind them of what we wanted, despite being told we would be notified when our item would come in. This is after signing several forms, sometimes twice, because they would lose our forms. All this, and today were told that we will need to wait 2 more weeks. This is ridiculous. Were looking elsewhere. They need more organization and to learn to get things done on their own without clients having to remind them to do their jobs.

The doctors in this office are great. However, the billing is terrible. I have had issues with the billing over the last few years. I have to make multiple calls to the billing office, my insurance, and the office manager. Some things get rebilled the correct way, some things dont and I end up having to pay for things that would have been covered by my insurance if they had billed them the right way in the first place. Its too bad the billing is so terrible when the doctors are great.

Dr. Phillips is wonderful. The office staff is rude and biased. They could careless if you get your prescription, if your message is delivered, if you are sick, etc. They are there to collect a paycheck and nothing more. Even Sr. Management could care less. It is a shame, but I am certain Dr. Phillips is looking for a way to leave.

Fantastic Doctor, I am leaving this practice because of the office staff. I have had increasing issues over the course of the last year. I have had 3 issues with scheduling/prescriptions in the last month. I would describe the office staff as completely incompetent.

Dr Phillips is a great doctor, but its impossible to get an appointment. Unfortunately I will not return to this practice because I continuously get calls to reschedule. The staff didnt really seem to care anyway.

I had an initial visit with Dr. Christopher Buelvas, M.D.. There was no wait time, and the staff was friendly. Dr. Buelvas was very thorough, knowledgable, respectful, and personable.
