I was here in Orlando on vacation and took my 7 month old son who had a fever for 2 days, congestion for a week, and was up every 90 minutes at night. Dr. Pizorollo looked in his ears and said they were pink, but refused to give antibiotics, despite this being a textbook case of otitis media, that was reinforced by our pediatrician back home. We had to call back home and explain the situation and have our doc back home call in antibiotics. The WORST part was the doc here said us if symptoms got worse to GO TO THE ER and GET BLOOD DRAWN! Seriously! As well, he didnt even check his throat, which I didnt realize until I had left and was already frustrated. I even called back and explained that my son had stopped nursing (which further points to bad infection) and they still refused to call anything in. I know some parents just want antibiotics for kids that arent really sick, but my wife and I are both in healthcare and this wasnt the case with us. My son was very sick and we got blown off. I would avoid this place like the plague. My advice-JUST STAY AWAY!!

This facility was horrible. Not only after making an appointment when they claim they see you immediately...I waited over 45 minutes even with an appointment. The young doctor (Dr. Winfrey) seemed unexperienced and was going through a basic evaluation. I was much more informed going online to diagnose my illness. Even after discussing my symptoms he prescribe exactly what I was already taken...ADVIL, which was not working. He appeared to be very inexperienced and well beyond being able to handle more complex issues. The front desk staff were like hawks when I walked out to my car chasing me down to pay my co-pay...even after I provided them with both my insurance card and credit card prior to seeing the doctor. I left this office feeling worse than when going in. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. Its not worth the emotional toll with horrible service and unexperienced personnel. You are better off going to the ER or seeing a PCP. The wait will be well worth it. Very disappointed........

DO NOT GO HERE !!! I brought my 11 year old son for breathing problems 5 mins after they opened didnt think the wait would be to long as there was only 2 people in the waiting room after an hour went by someone else walked in and the lady at the front then tells here theres a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait which would have been really nice to know before you would think common sense a child with breathing problems would be given some kind of priority I wanted to leave but figured we already waited an hour as we finally go in the back the nurse did my sons vitals he gets up and says follow me and just walks out of the room leaving my son connected to all the machines I had to take everything off for him so awkward that has never happened to me ever it took well over 3 hours total its like no one there has any clue what they are doing there "urgent care" yeah right could have went to any ER for that long of a wait do not go here theres so many better places to go to with real qualified professionals !!!

Worse experience ever. Decided to go here to be in and out and was willing to pay cash ($209 was the starting price) since I dont have insurance. They did tell me it would be about 3 1/2 hours and since I am extremely sick, possibly pneumonia I agreed to wait. However, the waiting area cleared out twice leaving only me to be next. During my 3 hour wait I was running back and forth throwing up and they somehow decided everyone that came after me should go before me. NOT RIGHT! I know something is very wrong with me since I have been throwing up for 21 days straight.. How could you just keep skipping me when I know I was in worse shape than everyone waiting. Then I went outside to throw up because someone was in the bathroom and they locked me out because they closed at 8. I couldnt very well tell them I was going to throw up because it was already coming. What an awful experience. Do not go to this location!!!! Needless to say I am still sick. Wow.. Really??

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS PLACE! I visited this place feeling horrible. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby, then another 15 in the exam room. The provider was a young "Dr" with "Orthopedics" on his lab coat came in to see me. He asked for me to describe my symptoms, I told him my symptoms, he listened to my heart (in the front only), ordered a blood test and left. He spend 3 minutes with me. I waited another 15 minutes for the nurse to come in, while I listened to the nurse and the Dr flirt about this and that. In the end, I walked in feeling lousy, I wasted an hour, I wasted my co-pay amount, my insurance company got billed for a bunch of money, and I walked out without them addressing my ailment. Oh, yeah, they never followed up with the blood test.

Terrible, do not go there. Check in staff was great, nurse extremely rude, she had a tone, put my son in a room, did not get me a chair to sit down. Low morale. No to Fl hospital. My son had a fish hook stuck all the way from one end to another in his index finger, had a fishook stuck in my finger that Dr T removed last year, she refused to do my sons, as he probably needed IV antibiotics she claimed, and his tendon in his finger could be involved. Thanks to her I need to dig in my $6000 family deductible. Went to Dr Phillips hospital, they were laughing at centra care and said ofcourse..... Thank you Orlando Health where staff is super friendly well motivated, no IV antibiotics, no tendon crap, was out of there super quick.

For an urgent care clinic, they were great. Front staff was very nice. Waited maybe 30 minutes in the lobby. Then my husband and I were brought back to the room and the nurse handed us a remote to a tv! Waited another 30 minuets for the doctor to come in, but we were watching TV so we were occupied! Doctor came, asked a couple questions, checked me out a bit, diagnosed me, and then sent the nurse in to discharge. He was quick, and to the point. I was able to get my prescription there, walked out and paid my Co pay and was done. The whole experience took about an hour and a half. And today I received a follow up call asking how I was feeling and how the antibiotics were working. Like I said, for an urgent care, this was great

Used this clinic for my daughter. She was on a band trip from East Texas to Disney World. She felt a little bad when they boarded the bus, but by the next morning was miserable. The clinic is in network on my insurance which is how I found them. I called before hand, they took my insurance information, verified they were in network and the lady I talked to was wonderful. She completely understood the situation. One of the adults on the trip took my daughter in as soon as the bus arrived. When they got to the clinic they knew who they were and were very kind to them. I just wish I could remember the name of the lady I talked to on the phone.
