So..I never write reviews. So for me to do so meant that this place left an indelible mark on me. My experience? This place was nothing short of Amazing! I was on vacation and visiting an out-of-town urgent care, was a bit skeptical for me. Especially after reading a few negative reviews..but I had 2nd degree burns over 25% of my body and I was desperate, and this facility was close to my hotel at Hilton Bonnet Creek Resort. So short, sweet and to the point: 1) Front Desk: I arrived around 9:30am on a Wed morning. They appeared moderately busy, but check-in was a breeze. Was greeted professionally with warm smiles at the counter. Paper work was quick & easy. Presented my insurance &I.D., paid my co-pay and just like that, I was in the queue. The lady with the red hair who helped was firm, but caring and knowledgeable. She seemed to run the front desk like NASA mission control. She had a good handle on what was going on at all times. 2) Facility: The facility was clean and had a modern look and feel. hardwood floors, flat screen TVs, offered condiments like water, iced coffee and chips for a small fee. Free wifi in waiting area. Positive motivational messaging on the walls, which made me feel calm and relaxed as if I was in good hands. cant explain the calm i felt in the space. that eased my anxiety. 3) Waiting period: while waiting, more potential patients came in and I noticed everyone was greeted the same way, where each person professionally triaged based on their need. I waited about 25 minutes before being called, which is incredibly fast for urgent care. 4) Nurse: After being called, the first nurse brought me to the back & confirmed the reason for visit and took my height, weight and blood pressure and told me the Doc would see me soon. I waited about 15 minutes for the doc. Nothing spectacular from her. Just more professionalism, and she was quick. 5) Patient Room. Unlike other urgent care that Im used to with individual private rooms, this facility was more like a hospital where the rooms are divided by the privacy curtains on a track. So I could hear the doc with the other patients but I couldnt see them. At first I thought this might be too impersonal, but after hearing the Doc give professional service with a caring tone to each patient waiting, I almost couldnt wait to see this guy. I couldnt quite make out what each person was there for, but I vividly remember the doc giving these long detail explanation as to each persons issue and what he could do for them. I liked that. 6) Doctor: When I finally met the Doc, his name was Levi Sanchez. I distinctly remember his name because I thought it was funny that here was this big ole uber-smart friendly spanish man with a jewish name. He came in, introduced himself and proceed with a series of questions of the what, when, how and wheres. He immediately told me my condition, that hes seen it all before, gave me anecdotes of friends and family that had the same thing happen to them, and told me what I would experience in the upcoming days. He then told me the series of meds and treatments that I needed to do to get well quicker. His visit with me..about 10-15 minutes, Id say. And in that short span of time, I went from worry to relief. 7) Check-out: Before checking out, the last nurse came in to apply burn ointment and RX. His name was Jordan. I remember his name, because I told myself that when I got home that I would write a review (this review) on how I just couldnt believe that everybody in the whole damn building was just this professional and friendly! My visit ended with me taking a quick survey on an iPad of my experience. (all 5 stars for everything). Jordan not only escorted me out, but took me outside of the building to give me directions to the nearest Walgreens. In short, this place was Amazing!! I even told my wife that if I ever needed urgent care, that I would consider driving all the way from DC down to Orlando just receive this service. Kidding of course, but this place is Amazing!

I went there 03/30/2016. I told the Dr. my stomach was upset and that I had been throwing up. I told her because I had thrown up so much, my throat was now sore. I told her that because I was not well today and because I am still not feeling well and it is so late I will not be going to work on Thursday, could I get a Drs. note. She said yes, no problem. I told her I had to work early in the morning and I knew I could not make it. Mind you, I have just paid $75.00. Then she comes back and wants me to take a pee test, I said ok but I did not have to pee, she said well I will give you water, I said ok I will try, do I have to wait for the results because I am really tired and I have a long drive. So then she tells me I need to sign some papers that said I refused to take the pee test, I told her I did not refuse, I do not have to pee and I drank all the water you gave me but I still do not have to pee and I am really tired I do not want to have an accident. So the nurse came for me to sign the paper and I did and then he said I could go, I asked about the excuse for work, so he went back to get it and the Dr. said no because I refused to go to the emergency room, I said I did not refuse, I just paid $75.00 here and the hospital I have to pay $250. I do not have that kind of money. I told her that if I could not get an appointment tomorrow with my PCP then I would go, She said no because I wil;l not go to the emergency room.. Guess what, on the way home, I had an accident. I hit two cars. Thank you Dr. for you professionalism and care for the people you are supposed to be helping, not hurting. I will be fighting this charge. I will also report this to whomever is in charge. This is the beautiful Indian Dr.

Unorganized nightmare!!! Was there for 3.5 hours with a sick 3 yr old. Waited 2 hours in the waiting room. I then watched my Dr sit little blonde hair women sitting upfront of a computer for atleast 45 mins wasnt till my sons high pitch screaming she finally got up and walk in to the exam room. We then came out asked for the pick up and she said we cant arrange to pick up until we receive the medicine. We then received the medicine and had to wait another 45 mins for as they advertise "no wait" service. The shuttle came before us and took other people when I asked why he said we are going to "celebration". Im not from here in my to me celebration sounds like a resort. If some intelligent individual from the staff said its a HOSPITAL I would have reasoned. The driver manager could just say they have to go to the hospital that would have made sense. He then told me theres another shuttle behind him. We waited another 15 mins for that shuttle to come. First off dont advertise your facility as no wait. It sets the incorrect expectations. Your location should work on your efficiency its absurd for the wait to be so long. You would think as medical professionals you would realized the more people you see the more money you make. You should be ashamed that your location conducts business. Now I see all the horrible reviews on Google and they all make sense why ur rated a 2. Your reviews are all consistent with my experience. Perception is reality. Dont send me you generic response of apology.
