When I came here I was impressed the wait time was excellent! I was taken to the back within 15 minutes; however, I was in so much pain as I hurt my back. Since I could hardly walk you would think that the nurse would have offered a wheelchair, but I guess that was too much work. She opt to wait for me moving slower than a snail then to wheel me to the room. She took my vitals and medical complaint and advised the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Soud came in he was very pleasant with a great personality. He listened to my heart and lungs asked a few questions and stated that I tore the muscles in my back due to the upper respiratory infection I had been coughing too hard. He prescribed some medication and offered to give me some oral medication while I was there to help with the pain right away. The nurse who brought the medication to me had no personality. He didnt introduce himself just gave me the meds when I asked what he was given me I received a bit of attitude from him.. My original nurse returned to discharged me after only being there a total of about an hour that was great! Unfortunately the nurse still did not offer a wheelchair for me to exit in. The doctor saw the pain I was in and offered me a wheelchair while my nurse and several other nurses at the desk never once deemed it necessary. Dr. Soud himself retrieved a wheelchair for me. I would have given 5 stars, but the laziness of the nurses and 6 pills later, some vitals being taken and being advised of a torn muscle and respiratory infection I was billed $2500.00. Please keep in mind there was no x-rays or any other tests performed. I called and asked for an itemized statement to see what I was being billed for. It stated $124.00 for medication and $2400.00 for emergency room visit ridiculous. I could have gone to the hospital and paid less. The bill also stated that I owed full balance as the insurance company paid 0.00. I received an explanations of benefits from my insurance company advising what they paid and my share which was $900.00. The emergency room is still trying to collect that $2500.00 still no explanation of what they are charging me for. NEVER AGAIN! AS MUCH AS I HATE HOSPITALS I WILL SUCK IT UP BEFORE I GO THERE AGAIN.

I went there for the first time on 10/27/16 for lower abdominal pain and the staff was incredible and the nurse that I had was awesome and they took the time to really listen to me and took good care of me, but I went there for severe neck, shoulder and arm pain on 12/12/16, mind you that I have excellent insurance and they treated me like so unprofessional and like I was a liar and some kind of addict,(1st RED FLAG!)by not giving me a wrist ID and 2nd when I spoke with Dr. Scott Zager he treated me with a cold and nonchalant attitude as if I were lying about my pain and was there only to try and get pain meds, mind you I had my pain meds in my purse that obviously wasnt working for the type of pain I was experiencing, if it had I wouldnt have went to urgent care in the first place!.The first thing that came out of was the doctors mouth was that he wasnt going to give me any pain meds because Im already on pain meds which should have been a RED FLAG #2 and I told him that I came for pain relief and that I know that my blood pressure was high indicating that I was in severe pain and that I was going to leave because they werent helping me! I explained that my meds wasnt working on this pain and that it could be nerve pain and after I said that I was leaving he decided to give me morphine and ordered a xray instead of a CT scan (RED FLAG! #3) Long story short, I left in the same condition I went in with!... Thank God I was able call my pain management Dr and get in after I left there and he saw me within a five minutes of me arriving and I explained all of my symptoms and he told me that it sounded like I was having nerve pain and they shouldnt have given me Morphine because it does not work on nerve pain(Im assuming thats what they gave me!) and that I needed a CT scan and not an Xray and he took great care of me and gave me all of the proper meds that I needed to alleviate most of the pain where I can somewhat function and hes going to monitor me for the next 2 weeks to make any adjustments to my meds. I will never go back to that urgent care ever again!!!!

Got to this location, there was only one person in the waiting room. I was impressed that I didnt spend long in the waiting room. But, once I got back to the room, the nurse asked me a couple of questions and left. Which was a common trend. I was in there because I almost fainted earlier that morning from some women issues. The first nurse did not seem to care at all. After she left, we waited.....waited...and waited more. A different nurse took some vitals, then left. We did more waiting, which was really strange because the hospital seemed like there were no patients in there. Finally after over an hour of waiting in the room, the doctor came in. He seemed friendly enough. The nurse that accompanied him was friendly as well. After they left, a lady came in she said she was going to do an EKG. She put the stickers on, and left the room to get the machine, and I did more waiting because the machine was in use. The lady never did come back, but the doctor did and he mentioned everything looked find on my EKG.. umm but you guys didnt do the test? At this point, I just wanted to get out of there because I was there already for close to 2 hours (maybe even over). After everyone left, I wasnt sure whether I was supposed to leave the room so I went to the front desk and asked. She said I had to wait for discharge papers. Wow, more waiting. Good thing that didnt take too much longer. The only reason they get one star is because I have to give at least one star, and there was about 2 nurses and a doctor that were friendly. What the other reviews are saying about the charges, is absolutely true. I am so thankful I have insurance (and that it actually covered most of it). The total bill was just over $5,000 (I only had to pay $46, thank goodness because that is outrageous).

First time in any sort of emergency care, still not sure what I have have as Im writing this two hours or so after my "treatment". It started as a simple sore throat and cough but quickly turned into me hacking out mucus every 30 seconds or so, sharp pains in my stomach, and a severe headache. The combination of all three was leaving me barely able to speak and function as well as leaving me on the verge of tears as I left to seek treatment. The first nurse I dealt with was fine, nothing different from my normal expectation of a medical professional, my trip to recovery took a sharp turn in the opposite direction the moment the doctor got in and my view of the staff changed with it, I tried to explain my symptoms but as I tried I was swiftly interrupted by both him and the nurse making little of my pain and miss-wording or should I say shortening what I had stated to her to a simple cough minus the many other symptoms I am still experienceing as of the time of this review. Im not sure if its just me but Im fairly certain a doctor should never just look at you and go "Is that it?" When a patient is literally crying in pain and coughing every other second. So they wrote me off as a viral infection and gave me some Motrin, said Motrin did nothing for me other than upset my stomach farther adding to the pains. Now Im at home getting worse and I have to hope my normal doctor has time to see me tomorrow and my advice to everyone reading this is to go see a real doctor in a real hospital, this place is a joke and should be treated like one.
