Im very disappointed. I had an emergency and my dentist is no longer in practice as of a few months ago, so I found these guys online through my insurance network. I was extremely thankful that they were able to get me in, as I had been to CareNow a week earlier thinking I had fractured my jaw during a seizure...but the pain had just gotten much worse. My face was swollen, I was in a lot of pain and through x-rays the dentist determined that the only wisdom tooth that had ever formed in my mouth needed to come out as I had bent the roots of the little guy. Thats all fine and dandy with me, hell I wanted it out ASAP. The dentist looks in my mouth once, and left. She never came back....that was the first bad thing I noticed, I didnt even catch her name. The girl that does the insurance, Shavon, (I have a primary and secondary) tells me that they wont bill my secondary and rings me up for a cleaning (I asked for one as it was about time) and the extraction totaling $1,099 after they max out my benefits from my primary for the year, how they managed that I dont know. I go to the dentist OFTEN and Ive had a lot of expensive work done...several crowns and a bridge....I also work in the medical field so why they werent billing my secondary, only one or the other, I dont know either, seemed sketch. I was a little drugged from my meds I got at CareNow the week before so I really didnt give a crap and I was like whatever, didnt feel like arguing, just get the tooth out & ill send in my bill to my secondary later. She signs me up for a Care Credit credit card and tells me theyll get me an appointment with the oral surgeon and call me with the time and walks me out. The dentist didnt give me anything for pain...I already had pain meds but thats not the point....she didnt even ask if I had anything or ask if I needed something. I didnt hear a word for the rest of the day. It was getting late so I called them, and they say they are still waiting to hear from the other office, but they told me it would be on that Thursday, (this was Monday, I needed to ask off for work, arrange for my relative to drive me, and file for a short term FMLA because I already miss a lot of work for seizures and I have *NO* PTO/Vacation days) I call again towards close of business, still no appointment time. I call Tuesday. Still nothing. I call the location that they told me I would be having the extraction done at to see if I even have an appointment or if they have a correspondence going on....NOTHING. Talk about irritated. It dawns on me that not only are they NOT billing my secondary and Im getting WAY over charged but they have no concern for my emergency. I call to cancel the cleaning appointment I have and the care credit company to make sure I have a zero balance so Im not getting charged for services that I havent received, and about 20 minutes later they finally call me and tell me that they can get me in for the extraction Friday. I tell her no thank you, that I found another provider and all the sudden they can get me in today? WTF. No thank you!!! I went to Ideal Dental; they extracted the tooth this morning, billed both of my insurances like they were suppose to, ($27 for the extraction, I have Cigna and Tricare) were extremely fast and professional, had a very nice and clean office. By the way, the dental assistant that did my x-rays was the only genuine and attentive person at Brident Dental. I wish I could remember her name, but if anyone from the office reads this her husband is a veteran so maybe that helps, and she did a great job.

I have had the absolute WORST possible experience with my braces which are STILL not off after 2 years of almost nothing. The actual orthodontists never introduced themselves. It was almost an entire year and i had no clue who my orthodontist was. It took 6 appointments over an 8 month period for them to pull only ONE of my canines forward because every single time they put a thread over my tooth it would come off CLEAN. Then they had the audacity to blame me as if i was purposely biting it off. Why in the world would I want to do that !? The experience itself is extremely painful and to want to have it redone 5 times is merely insane. They then figured out that it was an error on their part and fixed it. Now to move on to the front desk. Which is probably the worst part about the Brident Dental office in Euless Texas. The staff in the front is the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. I am an extremely patient person and for them to set me off is pretty amazing. I have had numerous experiences when they mischedueled my appointments, and then try to blame it on me. I have had several employees treat me with disrespect ! on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. To be frank the only reason I even return to that office is because I have a contract and am basically stuck. The front office acts like they are absolutely booked everyday of every month so making an appointment is almost impossible. I have difficulty even getting in on my appointed time because they schedule so poorly. I would have an appointment at 5:30 or 4:30 or 4:00 and no matter what time on any given day. Id have at least an hour wait after the specified appointment time and then once i got in the back, id have to wait another 30-40 minutes for someone to actually see me. And only to sit there in the chair for 10-20 minutes max for the duration of the actual adjustments. I could continue on the overall flaws of this dental office. My only advice to potential customers is to NEVER GO. Dont even give them an opportunity of stressing you out and taking your money. Please go somewhere else with an experienced staff and Good coustomer service.

Every time we have to make an appointment it is an act of Congress. They only have an orthodontist there 1-2 days a week now. My son is supposed to have his braces off in March, but due to the constant schedule changes, we are now showing an additional 6 months!!! We arent able to get out of our braces contract with them or transfer to another office, even one of theirs. The staff is nice and do the best they can, but this business practice is terrible!!! They hurry up and get you in, brag about the convenient weekend and evening appointments and then tell you how far out THAT schedule is. We have had to miss school and work several times in order to make appointments or push the care plan back yet again. Also make sure if you do schedule, you allow an hour or two minimum, even for rubber band or wire changes. You will wait in the waiting room for at least an hour. My son just got some big brackets put on 2 weeks ago and the glue came off one and they cant see us for 3 weeks!! How do you not have any time for emergency appointments?? I am sure this will yet again delay his treatment plan. This is nothing like the orthodontist office my daughter went to where they booked and saw you early instead of late, always made time if something broke right away and actually got braces off early instead of late. We have also shown up on the time on the appointment card they give you only to discover there is no ortho this day and we had to come back another day when they worked us in the schedule even though THEY told us when to be there. This has happened to us twice in less than 2 years. This is run like a mill rather than a professional dental office. Dont start braces here!!!!
