All 4 Doctors are great, especially Dr. Iftikhar is superb, had both my eye cataract operation performed by him, it was very great. My right eye operation was over in no time and when I was told "ok we are taking you out of the OR" my first question was "I am still awaiting for the procedure to start, all I felt was some kind of water/liquid flowing on my eye - it’s over", it was that experience. The place has been rebuild, it’s great and comfortable, with all the privacy and modern efficiency and equipment’s.

The opthamologist was ok, although his explanations were a little hard to understand sometimes. What really bothered me was having to interact with the staff. They always had a hard time figuring out how much I owed and how much my insurance would pay. They insisted on charging an "exam fee" even though it said right on my vision insurance card that all exams are 100% covered! When I tried to explain this, the receptionist was quite rude. I will not be returning to this practice.

Please do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Im not one to write reviews but i had to write this one. Long wait even with an appointment. Extremely disappointed in this place. Never coming to this place again. I prefer staying blind than returning here. WAOO!!!

I was very disappointed. While everyone is very nice and professional, the wait time in the Hamilton office is atrocious. Also, I SPECIFICALLY requested an appointment with an opthamologist, but was seen by an optometrist! This is NOT acceptable!
