Do not recommend this place. The doctor was very helpful and friendly but the staffs working in the store were very unprofessional and even unfriendly. One guy made a scratch to one glass while he was adjusting. I found soon that the string popped out and it was not really ready for pick-up. I had to leave my glasses for 2 days (weekend) to have it fixed. I was thinking they would replace the glass but they did not. Its not really noticeable and I just took it and left the store since I did not want to waste my time arguing with people with no professional mind. My family will not go there again!

Very unprofessional. I went there because my insurance was accepted there. They offered me generic contacts with a rebate. They sent me the wrong contacts. I called to question them. The guy said hed call me back the next day. I never heard from him. I wouldnt recommend this place. Horrible customer service...

They have a very good selection, took my insurance plan, and the staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and eager to make everything right. When you go in, ask for Nygel...he was great to work with, has been in the business for a long time, and is very knowledgeable!

Dont go there! Dad went for a eye exam came back with infection for 10 days. The manager dont even care, and doesnt want the doctor there to check it out. DO NOT GO unless you want an infection!
