I have been a patient at Eyecare Professionals for more than 5 years. The staff and doctors, (from my experience, Nicholas Despotitis, ("Dr. D.") in particular) are all top notch. The facility is state of the art and the care is above and beyond. During a recent visit, a problem was discovered in my right retina which could be sight threatening if not treated. Dr. D and his associate, Dr. Lee immediately consulted and did further testing. They recommended a retina specialist in my area and will follow up with them as treatment proceeds. Prior to going to Eyecare Professionals, I used to go to "chain vision centers" which at the time I thought were okay. However, the thoroughness of the routine examination at Eyecare Professionals cannot be equaled at chain centers. I truly believe that the retina condition that has been discovered would have been missed at a chain center. If you live in or around the area or if, like me, you are willing to travel (Im 45 minutes away) for quality eyecare make your next eye doctor appointment with Eyecare Professionals!!!

Top notch! I am relatively new to the area. I found these doctors online and read the reviews. I had my first appointment on Friday. They were extremely professional and at the same time very friendly. I also ordered glasses through them because I was so impressed with the doctors office. I was curious so I then went to a department store over the weekend and priced out the same glasses with the stores supposedly "sale". Turns out that the sale price is nearly identical to Eyecare Professionals price!!! All the store does is mark up the price and then reduce it. There is only about a 10% difference. For 10% I would much rather have professional eye doctors fit me than a department store employee....

I have been going to Eyecare Professionals for 15 years and have always received a thorough exam by Dr.Tannen and staff. When there was a problem with my eyes Dr.Tannen spent as much time as needed to explain to me the changes taking place with my eyes. I feel confident that I have a fine doctor caring for my eyes. The staff are warm and very helpful. They make you feel comfortable. When my glasses needed an adjustment all I had to do was bring them in and it was taken care of. I have been very satisfied through the years.

I have been a patient for more than 20 years. Everyone on the Eyecare Professionals team is exceptional! This is by far the most caring, thorough, state of the art doctors office. Many years ago when I had an eye emergency, Dr. D personally called me on the 4th of July, and then opened the office for me. My husband and I had laser surgery 17 and 15 years ago, and our children wear GVSS contacts, so we are at the office more than once a year.I could go on and on about how wonderful this practice is.

Ive been a patient for over 20 years, and have moved about an hour away, but still go back to Eyecare Profs because of the quality of care that Ive received for the many different problems Ive had. Each doctor has areas of speciality and will happily refer you to one another as needed. The health of your eyes is Dr. Despoditis major concern, but he always takes the extra time to explain everything to you and to do it in a compassionate manner. I have recommended this practice to many people !

My wife and I went there yesterday,and we had a truly five star service.Even though we were 30 minutes late the representative has managed to squeeze our doctors visit into his busy schedule.The doctor and staff were polite and professional.Overall experience was great,and we left with what we came for, a yearly supply of eye contacts!
