Dr. siwoff truly cares about his practice and has significant expertise. However he has a blatant disregard for the time of his patients and wait times in his office can run up to 1-2 hours or more. This is the norm and always the case not just once in a while. I thought this was because he was spending time on emergencies or extra time with patients until one day I had a 9 am appointment, the very first of the day, I waited until 10 and as I was leaving, having not been seen, Dr Siwoff and his wife pulled into the parking lot, top down radio on, Dunkin Donuts coffee in hand......just arriving. He did not return calls from his office staff to his cell phone in that missing hour, nor did his wife. I told the receptionist, who was truly mortified at this inexplicable behavior, that I would not be back and how i felt about all the time I had wasted over the past few years waiting for Dr. siwoff, and yet never did I receive so much as a phone call or note of apology. I understand doctors cant always run like a Swiss watch, but starting your day an hour behind because you cant get to work on time, and making your patients wait is over the top disrespectful.

I have a difficult problem I guess. I went to many by doctors in the New Jersey area. This was the only doctor to find my problem. Since then I have been going to him for many years. Never any problems.always a good experience.I have been going here for many years now.
