Sometimes the front desk takes a while to attend but its understandable, they have a lot of customers. The place is small but in my opinion i like the atmosphere of it. Doctor Sabo is sweet and helpful also Doctor Byrd is a very polite young lady very helpful as well. My cat had a respiratory infection that caused a teary eye and mucus problem. Dr. Byrd helped out by eliminating possibilities and to find a cure for my cat. It did cost a lot but Dr. Byrd gave me a heads up and gave me the option of giving my cat the examination. My cat did get better. So the price didnt really matter to me as long as it got my cat better.

The service here is friendly and the examinations are thorough, but this clinic is more expensive than others I have visited with my pets. The most basic examination plus the basic annual vaccines for your dog will cost around $150. Depending on the medications you choose for flea and heart worm prevention, you will spend close to $300 for one years worth of dog medicine. While the medications were about the same price here as they are on petmeds, the higher examination and vaccine costs on top of that may leave you with some sticker shock. Its something to think about if you have more than one animal to care for.

Been coming here 13 years. I have had good and not so happy moments with them. Seems like when there is an obvious known issue, they handle it well. But they seem to struggle when something isnt clear. Ive had misdiagnosed issues several times which took many visits for them to figure out. A few times I felt like theyre trying to be salesman rather than veterinarians. But Ive also been to other vets with this same issue of misdiagnosing and maybe not testing or offering to test enough. So my rating is based on theyre flexible hours and successful visits.

I hate this place!! Such a ripoff!! One time a doc check is $60 , $30 next time. I wanted the doc just to look at the ears and tell me if the pup got infection, that all, had to pay $60 just for a visit, and the doc couldnt even confirm if the puppy has infection. And there was no infection at all!!!! $60 for nothing Next time i need to get dewarm meds , $30 for a visit ,$15 for the meds. Always they still want to charge for the doc checkup.!!! Dod i mentioned how much i hate this place!! Will not come again!

I was using another vet clinic and I took my dog several times for the same issue. She had an ear infection and this other vet clinic kept prescribing the same topical ointment but it wasnt getting resolved. I heard positive things about Fairbanks and thought I would give it a try. They knew exactly how to address the infection and her ears were finally able to heal. The prices here are also very reasonable. I dont really have anything negative to say about the vet clinic.

Could not ask for a better Vet experience! As first time pet owners with a pet emergency, we are so grateful this office has at least one Dr during lunchtime available. We were turned away from two other places because of this. Our puppy received outstanding care! Dr.Glen went above and beyond to get our baby an oxygen machine from another clinic.Every single person here was great help and knowledgeable. We will never go to another clinic! Customer for life!

I called over a week ahead to make an appointment so my dog could be seen, I showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment just to be cuteous. When I signed her in they told me that my dogs appointment was never made and that there is a walk in fee. Why should I have to pay for their mistake and irresponsibility? Doesnt make any sense the receptionist told me to wait about two hours? No maam , I was not about to sit in my car with my dog for that long.

Do not go to this place. Your pet and your wallet deserve better. The staff including the manager tend to provide extra vaccines or such things and a month or two later tell you about it and all of a sudden you still have a balance. Even if you are a cash customer and paid in full every time. "we all make mistakes" is their excuse.... that is just unacceptable. Its not like they are running a fast food place... its your pets health and your money!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience here. We went on a 7 day cruise and had never boarded our two chihuahuas so we were a little concerned about leaving them for a week. The staff from the beginning were kind and helpful, and the facilities were clean and nice. We didnt have a vet clinic before, but now we do. Thanks so much for taking such great care of our furry babies!

Dr. Karol Sabo was amazing. I went to him with a sick dog after many other visits to other clinics. He was able to prescribe medication and revitalize my dog. My only option before meeting Dr. Karol Sabo was to take the dog to the Veterinary school in College Station. The whole front desk personal is friendly and very helpful.

The doctors are generally friendly and take the time to explain and listen. However, the office staff are incredibly slow and sometimes make mistakes. When you have to wait half an hour when picking up your dog, it is extremely frustrating. It takes forever to get any help so expect to wait, especially when theyre busy.

My dog was having an emergency, and I wanted to avoid a big company such as Banfield and came here. I paid an understandable walk in fee and the price for tests to get done last minute were reasonable. Dr Byrd was incredibly informative and the rest of the staff were caring and timely.

Between the two clinics in Houston and one in the Temple/Belton area I have used, Fairbanks is by far my preferred clinic. The vets dont make you feel rushed, and you can generally arrange to have the same vet see your animals provided you make the request ahead of time.

Bad, very bad. run very far away from this place. Not on time, unpleasant, disagreeable, dont have the product you ask, dont give you information when you take an appointment, so, of course, you have to go back another time and you pay each included recheck.

I would recommend this place a million times over. Reasonable prices and all the staff does an amazing job. They do get busy because they take emergencies when they can and never rush a client. They truly care about every animal that walks in their door.

Nice clinic with friendly staff and good doctors. Upon my visit it was very crowded. Prices are fair, slightly on the more expensive side. The doctor was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options for treatment while explaining throughly each one.

My dog was in a bad way after being hit by a truck this is the only vet that didnt try to upsale me and told me the straight truth. Great vet and most importantly HONEST. Its been 2 years now and my dog is doing great like the accident never happened
