I went here once because they had a groupon promotion. I went and Dr. Mathews was great! He was exceptionally kind and caring. However, their eye glasses selection was pitiful. I then chose not to use the groupon and pay in full for the exam and look around for other glasses, ASSURED by the salesman that I could return my groupon should I choose not to buy glasses from them. I decided to buy from Warby Parker instead because of better pricing and options. I then returned to the store and told that I had to return the groupon to groupon itself, they did not handle this. While I understand that, I think that I was promised something that was out of their range and gave me false hope. The salesman who sells glasses is exactly that: a salesman. Overall, groupons are nonrefundable after 3 days and I will not be returning here. While Dr. Mathews was great, the selection was poor and I feel that I was led to believe that I should have know to be false.

I have never written a review for any store. I am so frustrated and annoyed with my experience with Hamilton 20/20 eye care that I am compelled to write this review. They give false information and the worst part is, when you ask for an explanation the doctor and staff respond with sarcasm and arrogance. I would totally give 0 starts if that was an option!

They NEVER answer the phone!!! Never!! And when you get their voicemail it does not even give the name of the business to let you know if youve dialed correctly! Its been over two weeks since I orederd and paid in full for my glasses and I havent heard fom them and cant get in touch with them!!

Awesome service. I highly recommend this eye doctors office. Everyone is friendly and approachable. They have a great selection of designer glasses and contacts. I love this place and Ive been Dr Matthews patient for over 10 years, hes the best.

Dr. Mathew is knowledgeable, friendly and gives great care to his patients. 20/20 also have a GREAT selection of stylish glasses and a super helpful staff to help you choose. I would definitely recommend this practice.
