GO HERE! Youll be making the best decision for your eyes and yourself! I recently moved to New Jersey and Somerset Eye Care was recommended to me by my new GP. My first appointment fell during a terrific snow storm, and SEC called me in plenty of time before my eye appointment to make sure I felt safe coming during the snow and offered to reschedule if I couldnt venture outside. I also received an email confirming that option. This level of care and customer service is exceptional! During my appointment the staff was kind and courteous as well as very professional. It turns out I had a non-threatening eye issue but it still unnerved me. Dr. Bethany researched which we now know is a benign birth defect, but she found the information for me and even called me at home to put my fears to rest. Her explanations were easy to understand and thorough and I feel absolutely comfortable asking her questions or for more information. Their selection of glasses frames is phenomenal and I felt like a model with the specialist who really helped me select the best pair for my face and my personality. I recently had a semi-emergency and the office was able to get me in immediately and see to my needs. Their care and service is unmatched by any other eye specialist Ive encountered.

I started going to Somerset Eye Care in 2012 and had my husband join me this year. I was equally impressed with my second experience, but my husband was "blown away" by the amount of service, attention to detail and patience Dr. Joy Harewood and staff showed towards both of us. In the past my husband used to go to a Dr. in Princeton, but the place was like a factory, patients were treated poorly and mistakes were made by the eye Dr. I suggested he join me this year and see Dr. Harewood. He could not believe how great the whole experience was. The entire staff is professional and friendly, you wait no longer than 5 mins (if that), and the eye exams and tests are thorough. Dr. Harewood and staff went beyond the call of duty when they helped my husband with an old pair of glasses. What we like best is that we feel comfortable asking our questions and no matter how silly they must sound, we are treated properly and left feeling more than satisfied. In addition, the office runs like a well oiled machine. Forms and appointments are all automated and prior to your arrival. Reminders are also sent electronically and everything is made easy. We highly recommend Dr. Harewood and Somerset Eye Care.

Ive been a patient at Somerset Eye Care since the office first opened, 12 years ago. During that time I have received excellent eye care from both Dr. Bethany and Dr. Jonathan, as well as the entire office team. I always feel I am receiving outstanding care, as my eye health has been closely monitored throughout that period. The Somerset Eye Care doctors and staff are friendly, caring and professional in everything they do. The office is very modern and the examination and diagnostic equipment and eyewear are updated regularly. In addition to the outstanding professional care received from Dr. Jonathan during my most recent appointment, I also received excellent service from Andrew, who conducted various tests, and from Almeera, who was wonderful in helping me update my eyeglasses and also select new prescription sunglasses. She was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to recommend eyewear that perfectly matched my needs!

Somerset Eye Care has a lovely home and family-type environment with state of the art equipment and the utmost care on behalf of Dr. Bethany and her staff. Definitely the right level of comfort when entrusting something as delicate as your vision (at first) to complete and total strangers. The level of expertise is clearly evident once Bethany begins to diagnose and explain to you what her findings are relative to your unique situation. Every step has been taken to make you feel as comfortable as possible whether in the waiting area, in the exam room, or simply just in making or rescheduling an appointment. Their flexible hours are a great help, too, especially for those that work late or require a Saturday appointment due to a busy weekday schedule. I highly recommend Somerset Eye Care, especially to anyone with first-time jitters or strong apprehensions regarding eye care.

Ive been coming to Drs. Fishbein for five or six years. I have a unique and tricky eye problem caused by brain tumor. I have multiple blurred vision and really dont get out of the bed in the morning without my glasses. With special lenses and total caring by the doctors (rare these days that any doctors really care), I have perfect sight and therefore balance when they prescribe my glasses. I would never go anywhere else and have spoken (really raved) about their friendly professional operation. They have restored my independence and confidence in walking, traveling, etc. Without their constant care and extra attention to my unique circumstances, I truly believe I would be confined to my home instead of go anywhere I please. Thank you my friends for keeping me alive and happy with life.

I was very happy with my experience at Somerset Eye Care. I have a very complicated contact lens Rx and wanted to see if it can be adjusted to give me better vision (which my previous optometrist was unfortunately unable to do). Dr. Fishbein really took inordinate amount of time working with me in an attempt to do that via multiple office visits. He ordered multiple trial lenses to see which best would fit my needs and was able to change my lenses from annual to monthly wear, which is of course significantly better for the health of my eye. I was equally impressed with his skills as an optometrist as well as with the overall helpfulness, friendliness and efficiency of his staff. I recommend his services without reservation.

I went to Somerset Eye Care a few weeks ago to get a pair of prescription sun glasses. With only one week before a vacation to Caribbean, there was a slim chance that the glasses would be finished in time. I gave my short timeframe and they were able to expedite my order. They were able to order a pair of Nikes out of the catalogue and they used my prescription from another eye doctor. Although their showroom is a bit limited, they can get a wide variety of different frames. Thanks to Somerset Eye Care, I had my new glasses for my trip and I appreciate the extra effort made by the staff to meet my needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area if you want excellent customer service.

I wish EVERY doctors office had such great people--both the doctors and support staff are extremely excellent, warm and attentive--and such great service. I have been going to this doctor ever since moving to the area 3 years ago and I have NEVER had to wait to see the doctor on time for my appointment, I get lots of options to be conveniently reminded to make my appointment, I have never had an issue getting an appointment I want, and the staff makes you feel like a glamorous beauty queen when they are helping you select the right glasse (even though I am sure I am far from). And, of course, they are extremely thorough when it comes to your eyes. I would recommend this place to everyone!
