No reply after three weeks thus my warning for others. I was given a wrong prescription they were so strong I couldnt get use to them. I thought it might be that my sunglasses had the old prescription and I needed to change the lenses. When I gave the technician the prescription he said the changes were very significant and asked if I had diabetes?? He suggested I have my eyes re examined sure enough they were too strong. So now I paid two for an eye examine and paid over 400.00 for just the lens. May I add they lost my glasses there but did replace with another frame. The technician did the exam and the doctor came in the last few minutes to review. I sent their prescription and the new one so they could see. Guess what no reply??? Just out 400.00 + the visit. There are Eye practices that care but not this one.

If your idea of good drs practice is waiting an average of 2+ hours for a scheduled appt, getting charged multiple times for follow-up visits, and getting rushed out without the drs even making eye contact (no pun intended) then THIS practice if for you! Suggestion- bring a long book and alot of patience. Awful experience!

Dr. Firestone was scared to treat. Kept me waiting for an hour to tell me to use a warm compress. Knowledge I already got from the internet. If you have a painful cyst I recommend going to a doctor that will actually remove it, not here.
