I made an appointment for an annual check-up on 3/8/2016 but the office was closed without a sign on the door or courtesy call so I wouldnt have to miss work. Called the next morning and they simply said sorry but something came up. Not very professional. I would not trust my eye heath to them.

The office is not efficient. With only one person ahead of me I had to wait for 45 min to be seen by the optometrist. I respect other peoples time and show up 15 min early as was asked. So I spent a total of an hour to be seen. Wish they respected my time also.
