The doctors here are amazing - Ive seen all of them with my entire family and they are all great for all ages. Easy to schedule appointments and short wait times. HOWEVER, the optical shop staff sucks... theyre incredibly rude and make you feel like youre bothering them to do their job. And god forbid you want your PD to find glasses at a low cost online retailer... they roll their eyes and complain. So, even though the doctors are great, Im leaving because I just cant deal with the optical shop anymore.

I always like the facility & my doctor, but I was so annoying each time when I asked for my report so that I could bring it to my neurologist. I was told it would be faxed over to my neurologist, but each time it failed to fax over to my doctor. It was always a hassle to get my own report printout which was so ridiculous. I am thinking to find another doctor which enable me to easyly access my report. I am pretty sure there many good doctors out there because I found mine from this center.

The Drs are great. The optical place needs better communication. I was told 5-7 days for my eye glass prascriptions to be done. I called after 15 days and was told it was 7-10 business days. Thats a big difference! I felt with Lynn from the optical place today and she looked into it and called me back and told me they will be in tomorrow. It was nice that someone went out of their way to give me the correct answer.

just walked out on my 2pm appt. Place had odor of mold and urine. No parking in lot. There were at least 35 people waiting in front of me and I was told that there were 3 doctors. You do the math. Will never go back.

dr lustig is amazing! He discovered that I was a type 1 diabetic before it became a medical emergency! He has a great bedside manner and a concerned doctor. I have been seeing him for several years
