Visitor, beware! First off, know that they will charge you for any after hours service as long as it ROUNDS to ABOUT 5 pm and afterwards. Most insurance companies will not pay for the "after hours service" charge. Whats really great about this place is that they dont tell you that this charge will be applied until you have made about 4-5 visits while they take their sweet time submitting to the insurance carrier for payment. After they dont receive the payment, you get stuck with a bill that was never explained at the beginning. Second, horror story - the Drs in the facility are down-right obnoxious and rude including the working staff; not sure if they are under-paid or just have bad morale in the place? Our daughter threw up in the examination room and the doctor refused to come in stating that the smell was "horrendous" and that we should control our kid!! Are you kidding me! The kid was sick and last time I checked, vomit doesnt have a rosy smell! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Janet Woodward was the physician for our two daughters from their birth until they entered college and moved away. She is singularly professional and deeply committed to her patients. The administrative and nursing staff reflect her values as well. I am less well acquainted with her colleagues but when theyve been "on call" they have responded promptly and with accurate and timely diagnoses and service. There really isnt to much else to say. These physicians are the real thing. If you are more interested in your childrens health than in posturing, your kids will thank you for chosing Willows for them..

Excellent service, caring physicians, great staff. Seeing another review on here that was not positive, I seriously double checked to make sure I was looking at the right "Willows Pediatrics" in Westport, CT, because it sounded so unlike my experience there. Weve been going here 7.5 yrs, even after moving farther away a few years back.
