I went to Walding and Associates about 1 1/2 years ago when me and my children needed cleanings and I thought I had a chipped tooth. Immediately I was told that I needed to have injections into my gums for gum disease, and given a treatment plan with the cost , before even a cleaning! That was a little shocking but I just sat there. Well after the initial visit and the plan to fix my chipped tooth , I went about my way. Stating that I have fibromyalgia and severe dental anxiety, they said they would take care of me. I had never had a crown before so I wasnt sure what to expect. Things went fine... I guessed. I kept reading pain can sometimes last months, so I kept enduring. Again, not knowing what normal was. I stopped sleeping through the night, my bite was off and I started grinding my teeth. Things that had never happened before. After my teenager got a couple cavities filled, he experienced severe pain too. So we decided we werent going back to that office. When it was time for a cleaning we went to our new dentist, to which my kids never had an ounce of pain! YAY! Then it was my turn, I began explaining to the new dentist my issues and he began to investigate, not only was the crown HORRIBLE! One of the worst ones hes ever seen BUT it was put in wrong! Hence my pain for 9 months! I was furious, but so glad my new dentist helped me! Well here we are now 1 1/2 years later and I just finished a root canal and a new crown because the crown that Dr Walding did was so bad and not placed right that I got a horrible infection and cavity. So needless to say, he isnt my favorite person. In fact, if I would have known better I would have never signed all of his forms that give away your right to sue him! Because the amount of pain and suffering his practice has caused is unbelievable! Again , thanking God that my new dentist is righting all the wrongs that happened in my mouth. And remember when they told me I needed to spend thousands on injections for my mouth? Well I spent that money, they did the injections, to which I had severe allergic reactions to... and when I went back in a month later for a "recheck and maintenance" the lady said "Oh good news, your gum disease is way better! You only need a couple more shots! Itll be $700 dollars!" I kindly got up from my chair and informed her that maintenance is a oil change on a car that costs $40 not $700 a month! I have never heard from them again since I informed them of their robbery claiming gum disease. I am not a fan of these people. What really bothers me is someone in the office or the owner is a Christian, crosses and bibles in the waiting room and all, they even support the local christian radio station, yet they have no problem hurting people, robbing them and misleading them! I have now been to two amazing dentist since being told I have gum disease at Walding and Associates and paying them thousands, and amazingly enough, everyone says that is crazy and I dont have it! BEWARE of this practice! I wish I had a picture of the xray of the crown he did to me, every dentist that sees it is appalled . UPDATE! 4/27/17- Walding and Associates just called me to confront me about this review. When the lady went on and on about it and how wrong I was, I asked her why she felt the need to call me when she wasnt going to change my opinion and I wasnt going to change hers. This business is just ridiculous. She wanted to know who my new dentist was as well. Acting as if it was her or the business right to know. She also claimed she would email me the xrays of my mouth proving I was wrong about my claims , and interestingly enough, I havent gotten said email of those xrays.

WARNING!!! Please read before you go to this dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Waldings for years, and years and was very pleased with the service, until my last appointment. I hate to write this negative review, but how I was treated at my last appointment was criminal. I will never go back and in fact they will not see me until I agree to a deep cleaning. I went in for my regular cleaning as I have for years. I was called back and a new hygentist began talking to me about her school experience, her family and how she could not wait to get her hands on teeth again. She explained to me that she reviewed my old x-rays and that I have a severe problem with my bone. That I was losing my bone. She insisted that my life was about to end if I did not get the deep cleaning. That I was going to have poisoning in the blood, a heart attack or a stroke unless they began the procedure right then. She stated that I could not put this off or I might die. I asked her why my previous hygentist, whom I loved did not tell me these things before. Her reply was that she did not know but that my previous hygentist must have just overlooked the problem. I want everyone to know that my previous hygentist who I saw for over 8 years would not have overlooked this issue. I then asked her about the cost. She went to the front office and came back with a quote. It was over $1,400 for the entire deep cleaning and antibiotics. I asked her what percentage the insurance was paying and she said 80%. I want everyong to know that would have been a $7,500.00 proceudre in total. That is insane! I asked her to write on the top of the quote that the insurance was paying 80% of the charge. She also argued with me that I did not know what insurance plan I have and I told her I absolutely do know and she was wrong. Please go back and recalculate it. She said that I was wrong and I just did not know what plan I have. After 1 hour of trying to scare me into starting the proceudre, I told her I did not have anymore time and would she please begin the regular cleaning. At that point she told me that she could not do the regular cleaning becuase in doing so I had a possibility of having blood poisining. I am now left with no dentist because I refuse to get the deep cleaning. I am very upset and wanted to warn others before they even start at this dentist. My husband was also previously treated unfairly but I continued to return becuase I had been treated well until this point. I know thier rebutal will be that I misunderstood, or that I am in need of this deep cleaning, but please do not listen to thier comment. There are other very good dentists that will treat you fairly. Now I wonder if I even needed the past work that I had done, that was very expensive! It is madening to find out I cant trust a dentist that I thought I could. Like I said I really hate to write this, but they should not have treated me like that. BEWARE!

DONT GO HERE. I WAS TREATED VERY POORLY AND NOT GIVEN THE SURVICES I ASKED FOR. THEY GAVE ME VERY EXPENSIVE OPTIONS BUT NO OTHER CHOISES. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. I bought a $219 toothbrush when I went home I found the toothbrush new for $155 on amazon and there were very poor reviews on it. I went in the next day had my teeth cleaned and asked for a refund. The lady that collected the money said there were no refunds and they got the office manager. The office manager and the toothbrush rep talked to me for about 30 minutes. I still told the office manager I wanted a refund. She told me other people had tried to get a refund and she did not give any refunds. I told her I was not told when I bought the toothbrush there were no refunds and there was no written notice telling me there was no refunds. The package was unopened still in the wrap. I told her that they should have a clear return policy posted and I should have been informed. I told her I would inform the better business bureau and write a bad review. She gave me a refund and told me "I COMPLAIN TO MUCH AND I SHOULD FIND ANOTHER DENTIS". She canceled my next cleaning. I asked for a simple refund. This was a very bad way to be treated. I am notifying the better business bureau and Denta Dental they referred me to them in their HMO list and I am warning others of this poor treatment. I also question their billing me for a full mouth debridement and irrigation for $111 after my insurance write off of $30 when I asked them for a covered cleaning. They said ethically they could not give me just a cleaning. I did the procedure and did not notice much difference. They spayed my teeth scraped them then polished and flossed them. It took 1 hour. I asked how long the regular cleaning takes they said about 45 minutes and they do basically the same thing. I do not understand ethically why I could not have got the covered cleaning I asked for. They told me I needed 3 fillings replaced because of cracking. They said my insurance covered silver fillings but they did not do them and most dentist dont. They gave me a quote for 2 porcelain overlays and a resin filing for $2694 less $1159 write off because of my insurance only allowed them to charge $1535 for the 3 fillings. I have insurance that covers fillings that sound like way too much tor fix 3 fillings not replace or crown a tooth.
