I havent been to the dentist in probably close to 8 years. After that much time had gone by without cleanings or regular maintenance I became hesitant to ever go to one unless I had a problem and it was unavoidable. Was referred by a friend to go try this place and I couldnt be happier I did! From the office manager to the front desk personnel everyone was amazing! Sherry welcomed me back and made me feel at home to kill any anxiety I had. DMD Trevor Williams was very informative and caring with walking me through every step of the processes we went through. Even Jodi the office manager was trying to squeeze me in today to try to avoid me having to drive 30 minutes away again to come back. Everyone was awesome and helpful. Thank you staff of Smiles Included Lakeland!

I sought a more professional and personable dentist after Aspen Dental where I believe that youre just a corporate number. Always a different person there working on you. I was introduced to Dr. Williams and immediately thought he was former military by his professionalism and demeanor. It was so nice feeling like a person again and being professionally treated. The whole staff is professional and knowledgeable. Plus I saved $250 on my needed treatments over AD. Ill pass the word for sure!! Thanks :)

Dr Mueller and Associates are top notch. Ive been going there several years as a dental and periodontal patient and have always had good results. Same for two other members of my family. Had LANAP which was very effective for periodontal bone loss. The office staff is very friendly, listens very well, and is responsive to concerns and questions about billing and insurance. And my dental hygenist is outstanding. Would recommend this operation to anyone.

Dr. Mueller is a great dentist! His work is always done with gentle care and attention to detail. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Mueller for orthodontic treatment, with the Clear Correct- clear braces. In just a little over a year, I have the straight and beautiful smile that I have always wanted! The staff is always friendly and I would recommend his office to anyone, for all their dental needs.

Wait time under 5 minutes! Very friendly and welcoming staff also. I am in the process of getting braces and making sure I received the proper treatment prior to doing so. Bonnie was great in making me feel at ease with my cleaning in the office and providing feedback on her experience with braces and what I can do to prepare. Glad I found a great new dental office since relocating!

Just moved to Lakeland and was looking for a good dentist in the area. Im very pleased with Dental Associates because not only everyone working there is professional, they make you feel welcome. I just had my teeth cleaned today and had a very good experience with my hygienist, Lauren. Will have my first filling in October with Dr. Fawcett and Im sure it will be great too.

I see Dr. Mueller at Dental Associates of Florida in Lakeland and have used him as my dentist for the last several years. I moved from Lakeland about a year ago so I now drive 1 1/2 hours each way to still see him - hes that good! Very good bedside manner and also very thorough. Great staff as well.
