Como puede ser tanta ineptitud en un centro médico , en donde muchas personas confiamos en los servicios de atención a los pacientes. Mi historia es está . Llegue a las 7:30 de la mañana con fuerte dolor de los ovarios el 11/09/2015 en donde me atendió la recepcionista y me dijo si tenía una cita y yo le dije que no pero si me podría ayudar con una cita para el doctor , me llamo a las 1:45pm. Regrese a mi casa con dolor y volví a la 1:30pm . Me la recepcionista siéntate y espera , ya era las 4:00pm y me llama a llenar recién el papel de datos me dice que me sentará otra vez ,a las 5:00pm me llamo a que tengo que pagar 38$ , y me dice vete al fondo a esperar a las 5:10pm me llama una señora y me dice a pedirte la presión el peso y talla .. luego me hace entrar a un cuarto y me dejo ahí ya eran las 6:00pm y no me atendían hasta que me salí de este cuarto y luego sale una doctora y mira que no estoy y me regresó y le digo que estoy desde la 1:30aquí me hicieron dar sólo datos en la computadora pero nunca me chequearon. Ya era la7:00pm salí de ese lugar . Una mala experiencia en ese lugar . Si era de vida o muerte ,bien muerta estuviera . Centro de mala atención. Pido de favor que se llame la atención a esas personas encargadas de ahí.

Theyre not bad considering that Ive had, GOOD full health insurance in the past. Im not a sickly person tho so I choose not to insure myself and save the money. I ended up waiting less time then an expensive Doctors office would have been. If you just let people do their jobs, not everyone wants to chit-chat with you, theyre trying to focus. My tip is to just go what you came in for, and and let it be that, I think they do fine for price you get, theyre here to help. I know cause I have to fake, being an extrovert at work too, no one cares about your lost dog or stolen truck. Good experience, all i had was my ID and debit card, and with paperwork and everything, i sat down and barely waited 5 minutes before they called me back. Dont be retarded either, everyones human. I swear people are getting to be so dumb, everyone wants this handout and for people to read their minds..if the nurse or doctor is acting like a joke with your body or doing something you dont like, speak up and say something, TO THEM, not their boss, not to corporate, they dont care. Theres probably 50 billion of us in their system. Trust me, your not special, were all like little specks of dirt. People everywhere are known these days to do piss-poor work. Well watch out, because Im not the one, its not me and it wont be me. All my burgers are made FRESH. bet. Anyway, Spent about 30-45 minutes before the nurse came in but I was done in less then 2 hours. They were really nice. Spent 38 for first visit, plus 15 for the medication at a separate location...took care of my migraines..TY true health :)

Bad experience here more than once. Waited two and a half hours for blood test results. I had an appointment and got pushed aside and had my son with me. I would have been happy to reschedule no one communicated with me the entire time I was waiting. The worst part about going there was when I went to see a gynecologist to have my Mirena removed he told me Im going to have it removed via surgery. He said were going to have to make sure you get some insurance first. I went to partners in womens healthcare see Eileen Hernandez to get a second opinion. Even though I didnt have insurance they told me I could do payments. She took it right out with no issue! I told her what happened and she said that not everyone has a lot of experience with the Mirena. I saved myself thousands of dollars. Not only that but who wants to be put under anesthesia and go into an operating room is not necessary? The front desk staff is very helpful and kind. The nurses and doctors assistants are very nice also. The doctors need some bedside manner big time! I dont know if they are overworked and underpaid but whatever the reason its just not the same quality of health care that you would get somewhere if you had insurance.

I dont even know where to begin. I want to say that some of the people who work here are very nice, friendly and helpful, on the other hand some of the healthcare professionals are rude and brusque. The wait times for some of the doctors are unlike anything I have ever encountered any where in the country if not the world. I have waited as much as three hours for a scheduled appointment that I had arrived early for. I have never been able to speak to a nurse on the phone with out calling over and over again. Sometimes phone calls are returned but most of the time not. It takes weeks and sometimes months to get an appointment and I have had to go without critical medications because I could not get in to see someone before they ran out. The typical answer is "go to the ER", I cannot believe that is really the best way to handle a persons healthcare. Currently I am seeing a registered nurse practitioner who is wonderful. Wait times to see him are not too bad although he is booked up months ahead. The phone system is still awful and does not result in a call back 95% of the time.

Went for my first OB appointment. Everyone was friendly and I was seen on-time. The midwife, Jill, who examined me was absolutely wonderful. We talked for a half an hour going over every question I had and getting organized. She took my concerns seriously and made sure I was comfortable and confident at the end. She was sensitive to my discomfort during the exam, and she made sure I had a referral for a lab test I wanted before I left. Honestly, I was already planning to switch doctors, because of the reviews and because I figured a public health center would be less preferable to a private OBGYN. But I think Ill be staying with TrueHealth. Maybe my next appointment wont be as good, but they made a tremendous impression on me.

True Health ?!!!! I gave blood and urine samples at SANFORD CLINIC on 11-5-2015 and fixed a date on next week to see Doctor , when I went to my appointment, I was told that they { LOST MY SAMPLES!!} , I was charged ($97.00) for the blood and urine tests. The manager of the clinic apologized for not informing that the samples was lost to save me a trip?! She offered to take another sample but I refused (NO TRUST AND CLINIC NEGLEGINES ). Requested re-embracement for ($97.00) and submitted a complain on the spot. I was told that a check will come to me by land mail ; up to date ( 12-09-2015) did not receive it. It`s a very measurable experience for health care.

We used to have a good doctor here, but she left. The ultrasound lady is also really nice - and thats about the end of the pleasantries. We have been waiting for 2 hours and are STILL in this room waiting on the doctor for a 5 minute visit. We had our baby and they schedule you for a follow up visit afterwards - DO NOT TAKE IT! Find another OB somewhere else. They do not care about your final appt and you sit around waiting while people who are still pregnant come and go. We have no reason to be here and yet we still wait. If my wife would agree, we would have walked out an hour ago. RIDICULOUS!
