Scheduled an appointment at 8:30 a.m. Which I had to schedule over a month in advance. Arrive at the office at 8:38a.m. to be told my schedule is for 8:20 a.m. and I will have to reschedule because the receptionist made an error. Or I can return at 4:00 p.m. The fact that I am a single mother that works two jobs makes this impossible. Not to mention I offered to reschedule but would settle to Have my diabetes supplies prescribed since my prescription ran out. I have been a diabetic for over 30 years and a refill DOES NOT REQUIRE me to be seen. The only reason a prescription is even needed is because that is because my insurance requires it. This is not a controlled substance and can be bought by ANYONE. This is the worst customer service on the face of the planet. I will definitely be finding a new doctor as well as posting about this horrible treatment anywhere and everywhere I can. NEVER have I had to be made to suffer due to a business mistake. And then to be treated like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to come back at 4p.m. to supposedly accommodate me or allowing me to be stuck here in the office for hours due to THEIR mistake is absolutely disgusting as well as deplorable!!! THE ONLY REASON THEY RECIEVED A STAR WAS TO ALLOW ME TO SHARE THIS REVIEW!!!

The front desk never answers the phone for at least 15 minutes. I could get in my car and stop at McDonalds for coffee and reach the office before they pick up the phone and at least apologize for the long wait, and offer to call me back. They are a non accommodating office. Their office is mostly comprised of young girls with earrings in their nose and on their lips. They lead the league in "huh"? Someone who trained them ought to find their real calling. This place is really a local clinic where LOCALS, with no insurance, can pay only $5 for an appointment through a city health organization. No time whatsoever for those of us who have good insurance. Too many show up. Time is limited. Dont waste YOURS. My primary care doctor here "left the country." They didnt bother to tell me.

I like my doctor Dr.Omary, but the staff are rude for the most part there are like maybe two that try and help. They never get my meds called in right for my heart and diabetes. They never answer the phone or even call back most of the time. When there most of the staff are behind the desk goofing off and lie to you when you ask if your dr. is in only get the truth when you keep persisting on seeing them. So Im not sure if its because of my insurance I have or not but it shouldnt madder if they are to help low income people or people in need. They need to fix the problems in the office staff because to me they just dont care and need to find another profession.

Just yesterday I wrote an opinion about this health institution and just about to receive a somewhat tasteless experience, I changed a date today at 9:00 a.m. to tomorrow December 22 at 2:40 pm without prior notice , No phone call, direct to email and call early with zero result, nobody answered the phone. I think I had very bad choice in choosing this place to take care of my health. I have no idea if they have had any inconvenience, but the logical thing for professional ethics is to call patients and report the changes or am I wrong? I hope not to have another bad experience, because it is the third.

You will wait a long time to be seen. You will have a very hard time calling and speaking to a live person. Every time you visit you will be seen by a different doctor and different nurse. There is a huge turn over! Ive been coming here for 2 years because I have no choice with my insurance. They lost all my paperwork because of a new computer system so I had to fill out everything again. The people who work here are fairly nice but the office is super disorganized!

While the doctors seem to be fairly knowledgeable, the administration here is enough to make you walk away, as I am doing now. When you give me a referral, the next step *for me* should be receiving a call from the referred specialist to setup an appointment. Everything in between is YOUR business, and I *expect* you to do it. When I have to call you over and over to get anything done, thats bad business. Family Health Source, youre fired. Ill find another provider.

Wrost office staff. They are to busy playing with their own phones then answering the office phone. They are rudd and very unprofessional. This really needs to change and hopefully for the better. Other people needs jobs why not give them a try. We as patients really dont need the crap that the office staff puts out. Maybe the office management needs to take a look at what is going on.

Very disorganized in this office. High turn over so dont get use to one Dr. Had many issues getting rxs filled due to lack of sending pre auth.to the pharmacy. Tried calling 3 days ststraighat diff.times of day plus left msgs.& I have yet to speak to anyone. You are a number not a patient here. Go elsewhere...youve been warned!

Called today because my son had a fever and sore throat, Stephanie the receptionist was so helpful and quickly made my appointment and advised me on my insurance. Everyone in that office is always so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work everyone. I would definitely recommend this office to all families.

Worst doctors office ever...they are a joke...you make sure you got three hours clear for your appointment cause it will take that long...can never get through on the phone...the doctors a very unprofessional... if I wasnt poverty level I wouldnt go here only place the government will cover

This is the worst managed and run office I have EVER been to! You can never reach anyone by phone, it takes them days to get back to you. The wait time in their office is ridiculous, And the bed side manor of the Drs is extremely poor!
