Winter Flake

The Dental department should modify their Check-In system for those who doesnt know how it works. They should just make a daily list of the people thats going to be attended, and then have someone call them by their name when the time of his/her appointment arrives. Then, if the person doesnt show up, they should just simply call out the next person on the list and so on......I didnt know how this Check-In worked, or if it even existed, and lost my appointment for it. Ive also been waiting for this appointment for a long time, since the first time I lost it because I was sick. My appointment was at 1:40, and came at 12:40, waiting one hour and twenty minutes to be called (plus 40 more minutes to see if the other people didnt show up), only to find out that I had to reschedule my appointment with the little time I always have......

Demaciado de mala te dan una hora para la cita y aunque llegas dos horas antes te atienden dos horas mas tarde de la cita prácticamente hay q esperar mas de horas y cuando te atiende 5 horas mas tarde te dicen que te hieron mal la cita que no era para lo q la pediste

This place needs to be more organized. I call to make an appointment they dont answer the phone. I send my mom to make the appointment and she told me that the office was empty there was no people at all for them not to be able to answer . Then I go to my appointment at 10 and i wait for 2 hours for the doctor. One of the lady told me that they were busy. The office is empty there are no people at all , the workers are just talking and one of them was just using her cellphone the whole time.

Just wanted to say that this place is the worst place ever. They hardly ever pick up the phone. The only way to schedule an appointment is by calling, Today I called at 830am it is now 3pm and Im still waiting. It is imposible to get through,been trying to get through for the last 2wk and no luck. I dont know how this place is able to stay in business. Only gave it a star because it doesnt allow me to post it unless I give it atleast a star.

estuve 5 horas esperando que me atendieran y nunca me atendieron y tenia una sita para las 3:15 y me tuve que ir a las 6 porque no me atendian muy mala no se las tecomiendo

Horrible overall! Every single time I go here. I waste ATLEAST 3 hours of my day! I have gone up to 5 hours here, and 4 have been waiting! They seriously only have one doctor attending people. The nurses also are very heavy handed and not careful. I would recommend that if you can go somewhere else. Do your self the favor and dont come here.

Most of the staff are nice although some are definitely not. Even if you have an appointment be prepared to WAIT. HOURS. You need them, not the other way around. If you call after 4:30pm they will put you on hold until they are closed. I think they go home at 4:45pm at least. I do like the educational nutrition events they hold sometimes.

I have been to this health department a couple of times for womans health and its a cold place. The staff are not friendly and the doctors could care less about their patients. They schedule you all odd times and make it hard to work with your schedule. All they care about is what type of insurance you have. Worst ever.

I absolutely hate this place twice I went there and twice horrible service. They told me we do immunization from 8-12 I get there at 8:03 the lady says were done for the day are u kidding me n this is the second time this happened to me. Never going there again

Went to get my childrens vaccination records transferred to the required FL form. The person that I had dealt with at the office was extremely helpful and professional. The doctor who actually performed the service was friendly and seemed to do a good job!

Unbelievable that in this day and age that you could be place on hold just to schedule an appointment! 49 mins and only to be transferred to another line that just rang and rang. This office needs a lot of training in common sense and simple courtesy.

I waited 30mins to make an appointment - to then get hung up on. Called again waited another 30mins on hold- until I finally realized I dont have to go through this and I gave up. I cant imagine the service once you get an appointment. 2 thumbs down.
