I needed a dentist office that was not only able to get me in quickly, but was also affordable. Aspen was able to get me in within two days time (could have been one but I had work). Upon arriving at the office I was greeted by a lovely and very personable staff at the front. Danielle and Miranda were very professional and quick to help me with any questions I had regarding my paperwork. Even as an uninsured patient I was still treated with first class service. Before I knew it I was was back in the x ray room with Brianne. She was very friendly and prompt. The x ray tools and gadgets can be slightly uncomfortable for some patients such as myself who have smaller mouths or problems biting down, Im sure she was aware of this because she worked quickly and diligently to ensure my comfort at all times. After a very brief wait I was back to see the dentist Dr. Sumani. I was pleasantly surprised at how kind she was. She had a very light hand and was very careful to not use the pick too roughly on the tender spot of my tooth that was bothering me (which was my main fear). After a thorough examination she explained to me in terms that were easily understood, what was wrong with my tooth. Luckily it wasnt a cavity!! Brianne applied some medication that has made the pain cease. I would highly recommend going here for all your dental needs. Great staff, great doctor, and great payment options. Thank you Aspen Dental.

I HAD to take my son there. My wife was against it claiming it wasnt a good place. But all he needed was simple exam for school. Of course they wanted to do cleanings and such. I had already told them that was all I came for. And then of course they refer me to a dentist they recommend... He is about to the age his baby teeth will be talking out. Which I mentioned he had a couple cavities that have been the same since he got them still on a bottle.. They were bad teeth to start with. The nurse them felt the need to inform me that wasnt true. Really? I have 4 kids. And I was once a kid. I know when they fall out. People know what they want. They pay for what they want. Doctor was about kid friendly as an old work boot.. I wont be back there. For my son or anything else for that matter. If you have kids DO Not go here.

My experience was horrible after Dr. Fisher left. I was leery of such a young group and I should have listened to my gut. My new filling was the worst job ever. My new dentist in Dover has a video camera that shows each tooth. It showed my 2 back teeth were actually glued together and that they put the new filling over a the old one. Interesting, since I paid Aspen $139.00 to have the old filling removed and a new one put in! The New Philadelphia Aspen Dental office should not be performing any dental procedures, except for basic cleanings! They didnt even polish or make my filling smooth nor correct my bite. My filling felt like a glob of rough concrete patch! After a few days, I realized this was not going to "wear" down and that my bite was way off...so I listened to my gut this time and found a new dentist!

The last time I was at this place they took good care of me when I had an abscess in my tooth thanks! Dr. Fischler at the new Phila office is a good dentist just not as outgoing as I would have liked. This time around they did a hell of a lot less x-rays and it seems like things moved along quicker and smoother so I give it 4 stars because its improved the replacement dentist was nice as well I actually prefer her personality, but Im still going to continue to keep going because everybody has a different personality. I simply just felt more comfortable the second time around because I want people that are professional yet are kind and joke around or just show some kind of personality.

I have always liked Aspen Dental for my dental needs. Staff are friendly and always act in a professional way. However... the one thing that I dont care too much is the situation that every time I go to Aspen Dental for my appointment, I see a different doctor. I cant develop some kind of relationship i.e. trust etc. if I see different doctors... The staff told me that it is hard to keep doctors to stay long ( they dont like the New Philadelphia area ? ). Hope this will change or I will be force to go to Canton ( Aspen Dental ) for my dental needs..... Thank you Aida Samson

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. I had chipped my tooth and called several offices to see if they had any openings to fix. The new Philly office said they did, drove over 2 hours to get there and they only did a consult then argued with me that I was told that on the phone. I had called their corporate office who was very apologetic and then insisted I go to the Steubenville office tomorrow (Saturday) and that they would fix this problem. I did not realize until I was off the phone with the corporate office that they are closed on Saturdays.

Too good to be true. I went in for some tooth pain they got me in quick took me back for my x-rays and exam. When I was on my way out the receptionist gave me some papers, I asked her what I owe even though the website said it was free, she said ( nothing the first visit is free). About two weeks later I received a bill for my so called free visit for $188. Guess I shouldve read the fine print.

Had us waiting nearly 45,imutes, then rushed through. Staff was nice, but the Dentist herself never really told us what was happening with our x-rays and treatment needed. It was the financial person who told us more, but we were rushed and did not feel comfortable. Shame as the place appeared nice although the interior (back and treatment rooms) definitely needs refurbishment.

Do whatever you can to avoid this place, while the staff is nice, the dentist is not. Ive never seen such a rude bedside manner. He actually scolded me because I came in for an appointment his staff scheduled and he made it clear he was annoyed and put out for having to deal with it.

Ive been to many different dentist offices and this aspen dental is the best one yet. My visit was hassle free and the dental assistant was super friendly and very nice. I believe Lori was her name. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very friendly staff. Prompt and on schedule. Best of all the Dentist didnt prescribe meds I really didnt need, or promote more expensive solutions than needed. Really appreciated that.

I just switched dentist yesterday. I was so happy I did. I had work done on my teeth today and it was a much better experience than my previous dentist. Great doctor and stuff
