The worst experience Ive ever had! I had lumps in my breast, had ultrasound and mamogram 3 weeks prior at University Imaging with the report showing suspicious for malignancy. I was sent to Health First Diagnostics by my surgeon to have a biopsy. Well, Dr. Sewell the Radiologist has a God complex, and was rude and condescending and made my whole "Breast cancer scare" a total nightmare! She insisted I have another ultrasound/Mammogram (even though I just had one 3 weeks prior and 2 months before that). She said Dr. Mark Preston at University Imaging just throws a bunch of scary words in his reports that are garbage and shes the best in the county, so if shes going to be the one sticking a needle in my boob (her words not mine) then she insists on her own tests! I wasnt even off the ultrasound table when she came in to give my results. She spoke to me condescendingly and when I said "So, no Brest cancer?" She said " Look, its benign all benign!" I said "oh ok what about the spots theyve been watching for over a year?" Her reply, " What about them?!" Then she interrupted me and said "Look, Im just going to say you dont have breast cancer ok!? No cancer, all benign alright?!" Then she said she wasnt doing a biopsy cause it was not needed. Guess radiologists trumps surgeon now huh? I also heard her talking about another patients results in the hall! Against HIPAA!! She is horrible! Then has the nerve to send me a separate bill for her services, are you kidding me?!! Ill die before I pay that witch a damn dime!! The rest of the staff there were great but Dr. Sewell needs knocked down a few notches. That is not the type of service a radiologist should give to anyone, let alone women scared out of their minds with breast lumps wondering if they have breast cancer! Health First would do good cutting ties with this monster!

I had another mammogram yesterday. Really I hate them but I have had at least three of them at Health First Diagnostic Ctr. I have had mammograms in other states and facilities. Health First Diagnostic Center is quite good. For an unpleasant embarassing procedure they are as professional as you can get. They are courteous and efficient and have regard for your personal point of view and try to get you out of there as quickly as possible. I have had other procedures done there and they are consistently good. I go back because they are, especially the technician who conducts the test. They are very professional and courteous. As an overview starting from the time I check in at the front window to the time I leave, the process while sometimes a little slow is fluid and does move along . It is also a clean place. I like clean a lot. The people who work there are pleasant and friendly. And I find the people like myself who come in for the testing are pleasant as well. All in all I certainly recommend it.

One of the worst clinic Ive ever been in too facilitie is clean the service is terrible... Ive been needing a nurse to call me back its been two weeks and no call what so ever this is unexplainable.. I called the manager and still no call at all ... this is how they treat there patients... They need to be reported and I will. God bless

I have used Health First Diagnostic Center for decades and have always had an excellent care. Whether mammograms, blood work or x-rays, each time has been positive. To me, they are excellent.
