My 7 year old daughter was pulled out of school w/ rashes all over her hands. I called this place as she was a previous client and now has been turned away!! They told her because she hasnt been there in 2 years that its no longer possible for her to get walk in (never notified of this) . Lady was very condescending and clearly didnt care whether or not my daughter got checked out or not. Sad when the place used to be very professional and courteous :( STAY AWAY!!!

I went needing a tooth extraction. I had clearance from both my family doctor and my cardiologist for the extraction. They said they would need to consult with them and would be back to me with an appointment. Its now been nearly a week, and I still havent heard from them. And Im and insured paying patient. I think you would call this depraved indifference.

I love this place. Whenever I cant get into my normal doctors office, I always go here. Normally you dont have to wait long if you dont have an appointment, and I love that you can actually make an appointment if needed. The one doctor there is very laid back, but honest. She doesnt make me feel like an inconvenience like other doctors have.

Quite affordable for low-income for dental and medical care. Even without insurance, you can be placed on a sliding scale depending on your annual income which make it affordable. Also, the assistants at the reception are very patient, and helpful. Andrea goes above and beyond to ensure the insurance, scheduling, etc is in order.

A Private User

I took my daughter here last week, they were incredibly nice and were able to get us in on short notice. The doctor was very good with children and explained everything that she was doing to me which made me feel like she actually cared. All the staff was friendly, and we didnt have to wait long maybe 10 minutes.

Terrible patient service-never answers phone , have to wait days for them to call back, then they dont leave a message. Very frustrating when you have a question regarding a prescription, or an infected tooth. Would recommend going any place else. Also very poor communication with patients as to care..

Prescriptions never send to pharmacy - very rude nursing staff angry that I even asked for scripts after 10 days of waiting. Poor client service. Docs may listen to patients but do not try to get a refill or ask a question

We had to wait a looong time for the dentist to come in after the nurse checked in with us. Even after arranging for an appointment. But the medical assistant was really hepful
