I wish I could give this office zero stars. My father had a stroke a month ago (on top of finding out about multiple undetected strokes over time). After multiple days and calls he finally got an appt to which his doctor "didnt feel like going through all the paperwork" prescribed blood thinners and sent him home. Now we sit in the hospital with his second stroke. I was able to get ahold of an office member who transferred me to the Cleveland VA before I could even speak. Now once again we can not get any answers or phone calls returned. He has remained untreated by his primary doctor and who knows what will happen as they are unable to even get him an appt. Its difficult watching my dad become another VA statistic.

Just saying

I was kept waiting by a female dr. still there. Who would not see me because i did not get my blood work done. She did not come out and talk to me just kept me waiting. I alerted the Staff after 30 minutes like the signs say. She still did not come out and have anyone talk to me. I had to leave. I was later told by to staff she will not even see patience unless they had there blood work done. Those staff members are now Retired. I complained to the main VA office. Now the Ravenna VA denies it.

We have been going here for over 10 years, the staff is great, physician have always taken time with us. My husband is being seen for PTSD and FTD. They have always been kind, caring and quick to help us. I highly recommend this facility.

Joke. Recording says "for a same day appointment...." ha ha. Youre lucky to get an appointment within a month. No wonder vets are dying waiting to see somebody.

Same day apt..... they will call u back in 24hrs which means they will wait to the next day to call u to set up ur same day appointment weeks out.

Hours are 8A.M to 4:30P.M Monday through Friday, closed on the weekend. Pretty good place since its free.
