Sad, but In the past 5 months approximately the service and the quality of the staff has dropped dramatically. The Receptionists are rude and treat you quite bad if you fail to attend an appointment. I travel a lot around the state, my job is subject to constant meetings throughout the day and the least I want to face is a rude lady telling me "how to behave". I have felt truly aggravated in so many ways by that awful front desk staff. I would never consider going back again, not a chance. Dr. Jodi is phenomenal as a Chiropractor, but the Center is no longer what it used to be. All the good professionals left, and they were the ones that made you feel your problem mattered and understood the pain we patients are in on a daily basis struggling to live a life with no pain; they did their best to accommodate you with no judgment and putting first the patients needs. Lisamarie, Dr. Sanchez, Molly and Sammy: They made a huge difference in that center and it is obvious. My last sessions were only about the money and did not give a damn if you are better or worse, they literally dont care. I decided to go to another Chiropractor even paying a little more.

One of the best chiropractors Ive ever been to. Ive been coming here for over 3 years and dread the day I leave Orlando. Dr. Jodi is extremely knowledgeable and has a dynamic understanding of health and wellness. Im very skeptical of chiropractors for many reasons (personal experiences) but she is the opposite of the stereotyped "Dr. Feelgood" chiropractor. She takes the time to understand what is going on with her patients and provides the knowledge and care to alleviate whatever may be ailing you. Great staff all of which love their patients too. Chiropractic care takes time and effort on your part as the patient. If youre willing to take that time then this is the right place for you.

STAY CLEAR. Place is a SCAM. They dont care about the customer just that they are getting paid. They try and force you to book all or most of your appointments upfront and give you attitude if you dont want to. And your appointment is them cracking your back and neck in 10 seconds and thats it. Just all around poor customer service and they try and take advantage of you so be warned.

I was a little nervous trying a new chiropractor.. But this place is life changing!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable about the body and new exactly what was going on with me. They didnt just adjust me in 60 seconds and send me on my way. I am getting adjustments, rehab and massage and feel 100% renewed. Thank you Active Living!!

OK place from a chiropractor point of view, feel lied to and cheated from cost point of view, they never disclosed how much everything really cost until started getting bills from my insurance company. Total price was not transparent you feel like they are just trying to make money from you

One of the best chiropractic experience ive had. Doctor sanzhez, joe doctor molly and dr jodie definetly know what they are doing. After my car accident i was in bad shape. But they made me feel better.
