This was a horrendous experience from the very start. When I made my appointment, I was on hold for over thirty minutes. I wanted to try to wait for about ten minutes, and the automated messages kept offering a call back service that would hold your place and they would return your call when it was your turn. After the ten minutes i decided that was the better option. HOWEVER. I kept trying to push the star key to set up the call back and it WASNT WORKING. I tried multiple times to press the key and it didnt work. So I had to sit and wait. Finally after about thirty minutes the star key actually worked and I set up the call back. When the staff called me back, I was addressed by an incredibly rude and brief receptionist. She had no interest in answering any questions and quickly set up my appointment (one option provided assuming I would make that work) and was rushed the address for the clinic and she hung up. Well today was my appointment. I got stuck on I4 in stopped traffic due to an accident. I tried calling their office several times to assure the. I was still coming. THE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE IS FOR THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL THEY SHARE A PROPERTY WITH. The school employee gave me the "correct" number (which also happens to be the one they have posted to Google). I called that and was immediately given an automated message saying that their hours today were 8:30-6:30 and to call back during normal business hours. This was 7:30am, I had been stuck for almost an hour trying to go one mile, and MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 7:45!! How was the office closed until 8:30????? I finally made it at 8:10. The office is set up in a portable building next to the school. When I tried to check in the receptionist notified me that I had missed my appointment and they would have to reschedule or I could sit as a walk in and hope someone else didnt show up. I explained how I tried calling and none of the numbers worked and she had no explanation. There was zero willingness to try to work with me and apparently they are unable to squeeze someone in. THE BEST PART - THEIR TV WAS BROADCASTING THE ACCIDENT ON I4. Unbelievable. I guess this is an option if YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS.

Horrible . Horrible . After spending close to an hour to get an appointment . On my scheduled date they "changed" my appointment time from 845am to 830 and when i get there the gurl looks at me and smiles and says i could reschedule for like a month grom now . !!! I was baffled . How incompetent there are in this office . In this whole medical group

I was seen today by Heather Sales,PA. I have nothing but praise for this Dr and her staff. The nurse was so caring and actually listened to me regarding my medical history. I cant remember her name but I have to say that front desk,nurse and doctor are exceptional. I definitely will continue going here!

I agree with most about there phone system. Its really annoying and because Im a busy mom and theres times I couldnt make it I tried calling didnt get through now I have to suffer and not allowed to make appointments by the way Ive had a kidney stone for a month now
