Receptionists can vary from being extremely helpful and kind to absolutely rude and incompetant. The doctors can be nice but overall none of the staff, with the exception of Susan Neil, seem to care or critically think. I was prescribed a 2 week supply of a anti-depressant medication that you are not suppose to suddenly stop taking (its known for causing bad side effects stopping cold turkey), yet they made my next appt a month away and gave me a difficult time to make another one as soon as possible. Simply calling the doctor for a refill isnt a option, even if the staff is aware of the consequences of stopping that medication suddenly. When I finally got it refilled enough to last till the next appointment about a week later I had a allergic reaction of Hives from the medication. It was a common side effect in majority of patients so not too big a deal. Took benadryl and called the office the next morning. Informed the receptionist what happend and she told me I would get a call back in 10 - 15 mins. Never happend. Had to call back after almost 2 hours, remind them, and was told to stop taking the medication and itd be dealt with next appointment which was a month too long to wait to clearly deal with this issue. When I informed the receptionist about the negative side effects of suddenly stopping this medication she rudely informed me thats what the doctor said and theyd call me back in 10 - 15 mins. Still no call. I reccommend taking yourself or kids to another location.

This place is an absolute joke. My fiance had hell the moment that he entered that place. They dont take mental health seriously or else they would know how important it is not to abruptly stop antidepressants. My fiancé undergo retinal eye surgery and couldnt make it to one of his appointment so we had to reschedule. However we ran out of his prescription before the date of the new one which was in two days. The receptionist continue to tell me that its pointless to refill the prescription since hes going to be there in 2 days. I had to explain to the receptionist at a CLINIC how important it is not to stop your anti-depressants. She continue to argue with me, told me she would get back with us after talking to the doctor and then never did. Nothing but rude, uneducated people who work there, and all need to be fired. A shame because the doctor himself is actually a decent person. Even if youre a decent person, theyll treat you like a drug seeking criminal. If you want actual help dont go here. Complete waste of time, lack of courtesy and all they want is your insurance money.
