I have been to a lot of centers that draw your blood, but this has to be the best. I walked in and went right up to the window. She took my request papers and ask for ID. Then she told me to have a seat in the nearby room. As I was walking to the room, the other lady ask me my name and she said come with me. They took my blood and I was on my way. So easy. The only downside was, I am a little hard of hearing and they had a fan running in the blood taking room, and it was hard for me to here the lady taking my blood. Super place.

A horrible, unprofessional place. I have been going there a year. There is an employee there who is very rude and unprofessional. I asked her if there was a better place I could go too, and her reply was to get another insurance company, amongst other things. I called to complain and I never got a call back. Yet, they have no problem with taking the over $20,000 I gave spent in the past year. I go elsewhere now. I drive 40 mins out of my way to be treated better.

The staff are all VERY nice and skilled, which is good because there were not enough of them. They need at least one more Tech for blood draws and someone working in the lab to spin down the tubes. There were no appointments available at least 30 days so I had to go in as a walk-in. I waited over an hour. I gave them three stars just because they were understaffed and it was impossible get an appointment.

I have always had good visits until yesterday, March 28. I signed in as a 1:15p appt and Melissa put an x on the time but didnt say a word to me . I asked why the x and she said someone else had that time and asked if I had conformation I looked and didnt so I sat there and waited.
