I would not suggest anyone with children to go to this location. The phabotomist ( She had no identification, could not identify her) wasnt pleasant, shes very aggressive and very mean. I visited this location yesterday and let me tell you this was the worst experience I have ever had. She made me and my family very uncomfortable. My four year old son was told that he had to hurry up, he had five minutes, the mixture was too expensive to waste it, so he had to come on. She counted the time down since she had another patient ( an adult who just walked in) and could not afford to spend more then the allotted five minutes on him. He said he was afraid and she did everything to make him cry and make him more anxious about getting his shots. He said he would rather come another day, cause she was just so mean. While my daughter was holding him, cause I am pregnant. She held his fingers tightly and I stopped her right there and had to intervene to protect my child. I tried comforting him and calming him down and she just kept going against what I was trying to do, which was calm him down to get his four shots. I never experienced a professional treat a child this way before and would not want anyone else to have the same experience with their child/ren.

The people in the area are really great and pleasant, they are extremely helpful. I just feel like the only thing that needs to be improved is distribution of "family planning" options, for example, there needs to yearly appointment options instead of only 6 month options, there are people who are homeless and car-less that direly need birth control, even consider an option of mailing out birth control refills. I personally think that birth control appointments should be free to all people, it is more expensive for the government to take care of an accidental child than it is to pay for birth control pills. They want your printed pay-stubs to get free birth control and I think that they should rid of this policy. Free birth control pills for all, because condoms break.

I have been dealing with those people by trying to set up an appointment. Its took them almost four days including business days that I had to wait to have the appointment to be set up so I can be seen ASAP. The lady that answer the phone is very unprofessional and rude!!! Those people really need a reality check that this is the real world that people need help. They really act like we are bother them, but if they dont like to taken care of people needed. Then I suggest for them to get another job and lets the health department to be GREAT without the mess!!!

Its Daytona beach, not much else you can say. Theres never a point to ever call because usually you wont get through. You will deal with Mainly nice pleasent people but like I said its Daytona beach they deal with so many rude people who think they deserve everything so you cant judge just on a bad phone call. They deal with a lot of people and you cant ever make everyone happy, there here to help people who need it, think about that. If you want people who are extra pleasent I hear palm coast is nice! Just saying!

Ive been trying to contact these people for 2 weeks, never had a call back and now the mailbox is full. Meanwhile, Im down to my last can of formula, cannot renew my wic and do not receive foodstamps. Last time to get an appt I have to physically go there, which is really had to do when you and your huaband work opposite shifts to make ends meet and only have one car. The program itself is great but whoever your appt setter or receptionist is SUCKS!

I was on hold for 20 minutes, my call was answered, and I was hung up on. Then, waited another 10 minutes on hold again after being transferred. The phone operator did not even speak fluent English. It took me another 20 minutes just to make an appointment, and I had to repeat myself back to her more than just a few times for her to get the correct information. Very unsatisfactory service and my appointment time wasnt even honored.

I have been attempting to contact them for the past month for a renewal. I work 9-5 M-F and con not go up there, just to schedule an appointment. No one has been answering, and now the mailbox is full. I am extremely disappointed wit the customer service and appointment setter.

The staff is moody and rude! When you ask questions they make you feel like your bugging them and when you make an appointment they give you a number and tell you to wait to be call doesnt make any sense to make an appointment

I Had An Appointment Made For 1:15pm and I was waiting for 10 minutes after my appointment. So I recommend u find a place who gets u back and out. Worse place to go. Dont matter if you have a appointment.
