Dr.Cook might be straight forward but he gets to the point of the matter. I appreciate that he doesnt seem to just look at patients as a number and is nice enough to give out his cell phone number in case you have any further issues...I think that says alot. Also I can say his staff members are very friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. I have never waited any longer than 10 mins to get into be seen,which is unheard of at most dr.offices!

Extremely disappointed with the care I received at this facility. I waited about two hours to see a physician, and spent less than 2 minutes in his office. Actually, he wasnt even a doctor, he was a nurse practitioner, and terribly rude. He showed absolutely no compassion for my situation, and left me in tears. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.
