Dont go here if you have a high deductible plan!!! I went here for an injury thinking it would cost $89 per visit based on previous experience at another PT facility that no longer took my insurance. I made 4 appointments AND inquired what the cost would be per visit. They said theyd submit to insurance. Found out that the fee was $160 per visit AFTER my visits. Not only was I overcharged, they could not explain the billing codes and were completely unsympathetic. Service was sub standard, for example, no electro-stimulation, minimal if any massage, and apparently an surcharge of $60 to apply kinesiology tape. Go to Rehab Associates, bettter service, better quality of care and generally more helpful working with your insurance plan.,
