I went to University of Vermont ( now Fletcher-Allen?) I never had surgery before. I needed to have both knees joints replaced..i was " bone on bone". Dr Halsey is the best surgeon ever. He is very compassionit and caring. He and Tammi his nurse were with me every step of the way. I came to the University of Vermont from Long Island where a patient centered approach does NOT exist. A couple of years later Dr Halsey replaced my left hip..I would do it again in a heartbeat . It was " a piece of cake" Plus, Dr Halsey is easy on the eyes.....
