I went in once with chest pains and I was given an ekg (and for some reason I was instructed to take my shirt AND bra off which was completely unncessary as I would find out at the hospital). The doctor said it was irregular, sent me to the nearest hospital where I spent 3 hours waiting around and taking tests to find that the doctor misread it and I was fine. Another time I went and waited 2 hours with agonizing body aches in the waiting room (at one point I had to stand because there were about 8 or 9 people there and no chairs left) as there was 1 doctor working. The woman working at the front desk told me I had to pay $90. I usually pay my insurance co-pay, $30, which I told her but she insisted that my insurance (suddenly!) had a deductible that I had to pay off before the co-pay took effect???? I was so sick and weak I agreed. I called my insurance company later and theyll be refunding that extra $60. I understand things sometimes happen, and Im a patient person (I dont even like writing reviews, especially negative ones), but thats 2 strikes. Im not going back for a 3rd.

The service is excellent but the clinic opens at 8am and the doors dont open úntil 8:08. Meanwhile I had to wait in the car. If a clinic opens at 8 I think the staff should be there at 7:30 to 7:45 to set up. Not come at 8:02 and open the the doors at 8:08. No one is here and I was told there was no Appts úntil Wed afternoon. Lets see how long I have to wait

Dr Miller, and Dr Sathishchandar are caring, understanding and great providers! Wonderful customer skilled Receptionists/ Nurses. Best clinic in Waterbury thus far!
