Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. The staff has very poor work ethic, they are not properly trained, they have Terrible Customer Service. I had to FAX a form asking them to call me because I had left several messages for an entire week and NO ONE ever called me back. When they finally called me the girl was extremely rude and had very little knowledge of what she was talking about. All I needed was a referral so My daughter can continue being seen at Childrens Hospital. STAY AWAY! Its a shame because the elderly Dr Torresblanca is an excellent Dr but his son is the one that is far from being like his father, he should find another profession or work towards bettering the STAFF where his father has established patients. Its a shame. Never will I ever go there again. P.S the girl that did call me back hung up on me and when I went to the office to complain she had the nerve to come out to show her face and say "it was me". Then Dr. Torresblanca (son) called my Medi-cal plan to have me removed from the facility. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PLACED UNDER INVESTIGATION TO ASSURE THAT THE STAFF IS QUALIFIED TO DO WHAT THEY SHOULD BE DOING.!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldve given this clinic 5 stars. I didnt, because the receptionst is really rude. I called because I had questions, she wasnt able to answer my questions, instead she was cutting me off and hang up at me at the end. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Is not the first time Ive had a bad experience with this woman. If Im not mistaken her name is Anita. I think Dr Torreblanca should take care of this matter, shes getting paid for doing her job. Shes not working for free! Im so disappointed. Ugh!!!

Terrible service with the girls in the front desk they put you on hold for more then 15 min just to ask the dr.if i can take anything for a burn feeling that i have on one of my brest because i have multiple seasts the dr. Wont take the call wants me to come in and pay a co-pay of $30 just to tell if i can put on ice patch on my breast or take tylenol for pain. This is insane and shows how much a phicisian can realy care about ur health

Los doctores son muy buenos, siempre atienden bien a mi hija la he llevado desde que tenía 3 años otro servicio que me gusta es que envían la receta a la farmacia que les pidas cerca de tú casa

This clinic is own by dr jose m torreblanca the doctors are good but office manager anita is very unproffessional and rude and disrespecful and dosent respect patients health and privacy..........very bad sad that is a hispanic clinic and 90 percent of the patients are hispanic and dont speak inglish she takes advantage of that I see it very wrong hopefully this clinic gets rid of that black cloud.

el edificio muy viejo. el personal lo peor. atienden a la gente muy mal. abusan de las personas no dando el servicio q se meresen. la limpieza deja mucho que desear nada que recomendable

I gave them 1 star because I had to put something, I dont recommend this Dr to any one..the "Drs" ( I use the word loosely) overlooked a huge cancerous tumor (football size) that was in my mother. I dont blame them for her cancer but they could have caught her cancer earlier...she found out about the cancer in Nov of 2003 and was gone by October of 2004. They could have done a better job.

EL edificio esta viejo por dentro esta mejorado lo que si falta mas limpieza en la parte de la entrada lo que si le hace falta mas es mas atencion a los pacientes de parte de las enfermeras.

I was sick for about 2 mo with a bad cough and my dr just kept given me the round around with different meds. Till I came here and there med cured me in a week. So now even though I have ins. I cometo them and bring my grandson too.

Dr Torreblanca is a magnificent compassionate Dr. I will recommend him highly. Has been my doctor for over 10 years. If there is a wait It is because he is so popular and never refuses any patients
