The staff is not what I consider friendly. I have a prescription that I have to pick up a paper copy. The last time I called to pick it up I was told they would give me a call when it was ready. A week and a half later still NO call. I called them and was told it wasnt ready and it would be ready later that day. The Dr I was seeing would be there later in the day. Still NO callback. I called next day Dr. forgot to write prescription. So now we have to see if another Dr could/would write it. Office staff told me to would be ready to pick up that day before end of day. I called later and was told it WAS ready. But they would close before I got off work. I couldnt get there in time and would be there around 9am the next day. Guess what it WAS NOT ready. I had to wait for the Dr to write the prescription. While I was standing waiting. I asked what would be the best was for me to handle this situation as this is not the first time I have had to not received a callback. She didnt acknowledge me. And I said "so you arent going to answer me" still no response. She was sitting on other side of window. About 2 feet away maybe less. I finally got the prescription and left. I am looking for a doctor with a better office staff

I just want people to know that my whole family sees this DR. he is the best doctor i have every seen. he is caring and personable you dont get that a lot any more. most doctors double and triple book. not this doctor, if you have a little wait it is because someone else needed his time. his whole office staff is excellent. i cant recommend him enough. my mom sees him and he had to tell her that he found some cancer concerns in a routine blood test. but it was his warm and caring smile that reasurred her to get the additional test. everthing check out fine. but he made her feel special and explained things so logically she did even freak out. HE IS AWESOME

Dr. Butlig is the best doctor. He has a great rapport with his patients. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and thorough, very important qualities to provided the best care and outcomes. He does not hesitate to refer to a specialist when needed. His office staff was always friendly. I am sad that I had to change doctors when my insurance changed a few years ago. I hope I can go back to see him again someday. Thank you!!
