I was in your office on behalf of my husband, to pick up a prescription. He had always said such positive things about Dr. Gold, but I did not have any personal contact with Dr. Gold prior to this office visit. While waiting for someone to assist me with his prescription, I noticed the anti aging processes that Dr. Gold is involved with and I was immediately interested and asked questions about the Pelleve Treatment. What I was told did sound very interesting, inasmuch as I maybe in my 70s, in numbers, but more like 50+ in my thinking, my activities and hopefully in my appearance. I was delighted to meet Dr. Marina Gold, she was everything that my husband, Tony Santoro, had said she was. I was impressed with what Dr. Gold had to say about the Pelleve treatment and also about the Anti Aging Mask and decided to give it a try (having tried other alternatives in the past to which I was not overly happy with the results). After 3 Pelleve Treatments and 4 Mask Treatments, I have seen such an amazing change and I am delighted with the results to date. Little incidents make me aware of the great results, i.e., I can actually say that photographs recently taken of me at Christmas "are pretty good", I NEVER liked pictures of myself before; Glimpses of myself as a pass a mirror are "okay", before it would make me depressed at the glimpse I saw. My appearance is important to ME, not anyone else, if I feel good about myself, it spills over into my attitude, my happiness and my family. I am still, 11 years later, recovering emotionally from a major head-on auto accident that caused devastation to my face. After many surgeries, I know that I will never regain the appearance that I would have had today, but a treatment, without major surgery, that helps me enhance my appearance is what I am always looking for. The Pelleve and Mask Treatments are certainly doing a wonderful job, thanks to Dr. Marina Gold, who is a Warm, Compassionate and Knowledgeable Dr. and individual and whom I am glad that I finally met .

I would give Dr. Gold ZERO stars if that were an option. I have been seeing this woman and her replacement Dr, Dr Rotman for 5 years. I constantly wait more than an hour past my appt time, more like two hours, only to get 5 minutes of their time. When I call to make an appt I am put on hold for 10 minutes or more and then they hang up on me. I was told the last time I was there that there was nothing more they could do for me and they would send in a referral for a pain managment Dr. I waited four weeks only to find out the referral was never sent in, nor was it written in the Doctors notes. The staff is rude, unprofessional and constantly turning over because nobody can stand Dr. Golds harshness for more than a few months before quitting. I think everyone who gave her four or 5 stars must be on drugs.

Ive had very good experiences with Dr. Marina Gold and the other doctor on staff at her P.C. Medical clinic in Santa Clarita, CA. Additionally I know of 3 other people who had positive experiences and they all tried to post their reviews on Yelp. But Yelp is fraudulent as they wont post many positive reviews. Although they do post many negative ones. I went to for medical care and also had an anti-aging consultation. The doctors listened carefully to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I was referred to specialists and got the care I was expecting. Thank you Dr. Gold and Dr. Bai.

Dr. Bai is horrible. Declared my mother in law diabetic without testing her blood. Also gave her two water pills that caused her kidneys to start failing and put her in the hospital. This guy has made my mother in law very uncomfortable by making rude comments about her weight and sex life. Horrible experience, and I heard Dr. Gold left. ..

The entire staff is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The clinic has a great atmosphere as well as professionalism. They treat you with extreme courtesy and make you feel special. Dr. Gold shows sincere concern with her patients illnesses and complaints. I will look forward to any future office visits that I may need.

Have an appointment at three show up early and the waiting room is so packed full of people had to wait in hallway... The wait was almost two hours. Ridiculous! accepting walk ins or not patients with appointments need to be seen in a timely manner. Thats the point of having an appointment. Very frustrating

Refused to refill my birth control without first being seen, even though I had an appointment. Tries to sell her own remedies instead of giving prescriptions covered by insurance. Went in for a breast exam and tried to give me a facial. Wouldnt transfer my records to a new Doctor when requested.

This office (Santa Clarita) is a joke! I can never get into the office. There are never appointments available unless its over a month away. Yet they allow walk ins and you still sit there for hours. I literally sat on hold for 20 minutes to even try and get in touch with anyone in the office.
