The Doc.
Ive been with Dr. Neal for years and I cant describe how much I appreciate everything he has done for me. My medical problems were going to kill me either through actual medical reasons or emotionally, I was really about to give up. Well actually I did give up and once he realized this he straight up told me I needed to change my life and get things together. He promised me if I made these changes there would be a massive improvement in my life and he was correct. Living with this serious medical issue is not easy, but with his help I have overcome a lot of hardships and my life is much better now. He even helped me with my lesser illness which were migraines, he found out what was causing them which was something no one else was able to do. He gave me advice that has made them go from 2 a month down to 1 in the past 4 years. Hes a doctor who genuinely cares. He doesnt just poke and prod then hands you meds while showing you the door like a lot of my other doctors have. He sits down and talks to you which is rare these days. You can tell he has a lot of passion for his profession and I honestly cant thank him enough for everything he has done for me.

My first time at achieve medical group was awesome. Dr. Neal contacted me himself during the weekend and made sure I had got the treatment I needed. Jocelyn, The receptionist/front office did me a favor by calling my insurance provider and reducing the cost. Also they contacted my university and faxed all of my paper work, without hesitation. Dr. Oh is very kind and awnsered all my questions. If youre looking for a good doctor consider Achieve Medical Group!

Great 1st visit experience Dr. Neal is very patient, very knowledgeable and personable. He is always running late and warns you of it at your 1st visit. Once he is with you though he is not rushed and you feel like your time is your time. I loved that he explored options with me on my medical care as opposed to impeding a treatment upon me with little to no options. Office staff were very friendly and courteous. Love the hassle free parking also.

Dr Neal and his staff are awesome! His staff is ALWAYS helpful and take care of any issue in a timely manner and are very kinda and easy to deal with. Its very hard to find good customer service these days. And Dr Neal really cares and handles anything and everything I need. He has numerous patients; yet manages to make me feel like Im his only one. Thank you to Dr Neal and his staff for always taking care of me!

Outstanding and rare service in a medical provider. Dr. Neal is thorough, compassionate, and professional. His "bedside manner" is superb in the sense that he works through the issues, takes time to listen and educates his patients rather than dictating. Dr Neal is great. I went to him when I had a sinus infection & eye infection. Hes very professional & caring. Seems to care for his patients health and what they can afford etc. Not too many doctors like that. Just overall family-friendly and professional doctor. Highly recommend!
