The lady at the front desk, Desiree, refused to help my sick wife because she was my ex-employee. It was extremely unprofessional and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for more employees to come out and help us. I will not be going back

All the staff is friendly, there is plenty of parking and not a lot of waiting. Doctors are always pushing some kind of pill, medicine or whatever, but that seems typical.
