I was really excited to go here because I had read some good reviews for the clinic. However, my experience differed drastically. I have worked in a clinical setting before, so I understand some of the troubles that could be going on. However, even if they happened to be busy/behind/whatever, this was unacceptable. I was there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Only about 20min of that time did I actually spend talking to anyone or completing paperwork. The rest I was left alone in a room with no direction and no apologies for waiting in the doctors chair for over 30 min at a time. When I did talk to someone, they always seemed rushed. The doctor didnt take long enough to pause and talk to me to understand that I was trying to tell him that I was a new contacts user. When I had my contacts fitted, the tech rushed me through the process, which I did rather quickly ( in comparison to other patients Ive seen). She also forced me to put in the contacts while looking directly into a mirror, so that I was putting the contact directly onto my iris. This is not necessary, or comfortable for a new wearer. Without asking questions, they would have never told me what kind of contacts I was wearing, or what prescription they were. They never told me how many hours a day I should be wearing them, how to clean them how to take care of them, what situations I should not be wearing them in, among other vital information for eye health. Seriously, if I had not already worked in this type of setting before I would be at a total loss. I do not recommend this clinic at all. Severely lacking respect and information for the patient.

This place is insanely crazy... I went at the recommendation of a family member and will never go back. Upon finishing my exam, and then waiting a week I went back to order my contacts. I was informed that my insurance covered the complete cost, and that they would be mailed to me in 7-10days as they had to be ordered. 20 days later I called them asking where my contacts where... and was told that I hadnt been there, and that theyd never ordered any. The new price I was quoted was $50 over my insurance limit, and left me with a balance, but that they carried my brand in stock and I could pick them up. Today I call to make sure that they do indeed have my contacts, and inform them that I was sending someone to pay for them. I was told that they didnt have all 4 boxes, that the other 2 would have to be ordered... and further discussion revealed that they didnt even have my brand or Rx right.... WTH are these people doing over there? Forget this... Im getting my Rx and contacts somewhere else.

(Actual) Objective and provable, documented issues Ive run into: Pay copay before anything happens. They will not allow new customers to make a morning appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early, waited 45 minutes total. It was like 8 in the morning. I heard a rumor the doctor wasnt there yet(???) If that were true, why are WE here??? On two separate occasions, I have selected an item that I was told was so-covered by my insurance, left, returned for glasses or received my contacts, lived life, and a few weeks later I got a bill that said I was NOT as covered as they said and they billed me for more. One time cost around $140 more. Straight-up opinion: Difficult to get a hold of. Fairly indifferent staff (as a rule) Small selection of eyewear.

I got LEFT in the back in a room and all the staff went to LUNCH. I was promised my copay back for the indescribable aggravation, and have yet to receive it. I will NEVER ever go back there. Years before that I had visited their clinic (glasses in hand) and was told there was nothing wrong with my sight. I tried to give them this second chance and they blew it again over ten years later. One star for having live people to answer the phone so they can screw you over. Not to mention the site MADE me hit the star so I could post this.

If I could give a negative 10 star rating I would ...giving one star sickens me. Use you insurance and money elsewhere. They over book and nevertheless they rush the clients in and out the quality of service is very poor. Waited over 2hrs to get a rushed visit by the doctor... Honesty I shouldve gotten my co-pay 20$ back it wasnt worth waiting that long. Counter Staff is less than knowledgeable. Public advisement to go wee doctors and nurses that actually care about there clients.

Worst place ever!! My husband went in for a basic eye exam with eye insurance and ended up paying $168.00 for what reason I dont know. They claimed it was for a an eye exam that fell under his medical insurance. What!!! I think they just said that so they could pocket the money. Besides he had to wait forever to be seen. He will never go back there again. BEWARE!!

This place is trash. I went in for an eye exam which is supposed to cost me 10 bucks. They charged me $106.00. When i asked the why they said because it was a medical exam not a check up. They billed my insurance wrong but wont fess up to it.... Ill never use them again.

I waited for 3 hours with an inpatient 4 year old, then was rushed by the doctor. The people at the desk were also very rude and unknowlegable. Unfortunately, Tri-County is one of the few places that takes my insurance. Luckily, I only have to go once a year.

Should be NO STARS -- have had me in limbo with THE WORST eye exam/lack of concern -- Trying to work between insurance and them has been a nightmare -- had to wait over 2 hours -- Finally got with a good dr. But still having to deal with messed up insurance.

I was called in short order and taken back to the exam room. Friendly staff. Within minutes had the Dr. doing his job. I asked insurance questions and the answers were 100% on point. I can only give 5 stars more if I could.

They didnt tell me I had to get my glasses 3 to 5 days later until they got my money then when I said I would go to eyemart they said they would have them a hour later
