Be careful with this people. They never gave my a heads up for my contacts exam and when we were done they charge $120 for me and my wife "training and follow up contacts apps" really, if you tell me in advance you will charge $60.00 for 10 mins. training of how to put my contacts... I will never accept it. I even spoke with the manager and she has nothing to say just " sorry, this are our office policies". I worked for a dental office and if you do not tell how much will be in advance, some patients can eat your eyes. Please, just be fair and give a heads up before do any procedures. I dont care how much your charge, thats is your "office policies", but just charge after words, it is NOT fair. Be carefull with this office. I have wonderful experiences with other Lenscrafters doctors but this was a very bad experience.

I am quite satisfied with my experience with Dr. Brtva and his associates. I never had a problem with anything. I already knew what the charge was going to be before I went in, I always will ask if there is going to be an extra charge for anything before I make my appointment. That way Im not surprised when Im finished. I love the staff. They are very helpful.
