I had Lasic at TLC in January 2015. I had a great experience - the surgery went well, all the appointments were included in the single fee, and I knew exactly what to expect. Now I can see better than 20/20 and no more glasses for me :) About the process: I signed up for a free consult online, and received informational videos (probably about 20-30 minutes total) to watch before the consult. The consult is to look at your eyes and determine if you are a candidate for Lasic, and provide expectations regarding the procedure and pricing. After that, I picked a procedure date. A week before the procedure I had a pre-op exam that involved more eye tests. Two weeks before this pre-op exam you have to stop wearing contacts, so make sure to schedule the procedure around your life (they tell you this as the consult as well). The day of the procedure I was at TLC for about 1.5 hours, but the procedure itself was maybe 5-10 minutes per eye... It was very fast. I could see better immediately, as I walked out of the procedure room. I had 2 post-op appointments - one the next day, and one 4 days later (about 20 minutes each), and I am scheduled for a 1 month post-op.

Had my eyes done a few weeks ago. This place is amazing! Best way to describe is a well oiled machine. This is what they do and theyve got it down for sure. I was off the charts bad vision, Im now 20/15. Staff is awesome, doctors are great. They spent a lot of time on education so I knew exactly was to expect. I did experience very dry eyes for about a week but has since completely resolved which I think is typical. I just wasnt prepared for the degree it was. This was a very minor annoyance, however and would go back without hesitation. I would want my family and friend to go here for sure.

Everybody at TLC was friendly, professional, and great at their jobs. I have perfect vision now and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the whole process. When you go in for a consultation, they explain what the process is like, but make sure to bring a list of all the questions youve inevitably thought of but arent in their overview. I forgot to write mine down the first time and didnt ask, but the person I worked with was great answering her email for the things I needed to know before I came in next. If youre considering LASIK, I say go for it, and do it at TLC.

If I can do this, anyone can! From the beginning I was worried about my eyes; I had poor vision and my eyes are extremely sensitive, to the point I could barely put in eye drops. The staff at TLC helped me get over that fear, and they were absolutely great during the procedure. Dr Probst is very reassuring, and I went from not being able to read license plates directly in front of me, to having 20/15 vision overnight (they say it will get even better in the coming days). So, if someone like me can do it, Im sure you can as well!

Incredible from start to finish! The entire staff is so friendly and truly cares about your experience there, from the initial scans to surgery to the multiple post-op visits. Dr. Probst is very professional and skilled, taking me to 20/15 vision in both eyes in less than 10 minutes! I would definitely recommend the entire team here if youre considering Lasik.
