This office is terrible. I have my insurance covered in a group, never check is it available or not. When I visit the office, they check my insurance and collect the co-pay, that means I still under covered, right? But after three months I receive a $850 bill, said my insurance already expire for previous treatment. I said if you let me know when I visit the office last time, then I didnt even get start the root canal, because that is my first treatment for that tooth, now my tooth getting pain now, I have to wait another 7 month until my next coverage available. Thats really incredible. Then I said I cant accept this, but at least give some discount, as this is not only my fault, hey only give 10% discount, which means nothing. They never send updated bill with the correct amount after discount, just report this to credit center with previous amount $850.00. Totally not recommend this office, and I will never go back again.

Called this office today , waited on hold for over 10 minutes. Finally got someone and I was unable to book an appointment because I needed a number. I asked if I could please book the appointment because I already waited so long and I would call back with the number. NO was the answer. I have now called back 4 times. Call one - I was transferred 8 times back and forth with on one picking up for over 10 minutes. Call two- someone answers transfers me and I wait 15 minutes before hanging up and calling back. Call 3 and 4 no answer at all the automated system just keeps bouncing me from one extension to another, a series of ringing and music. I wasted a tremendous amount of time just to actually try to make an appointment, A new family that will not be using this Dentist office.

This place may be "convenient" with all of the services they have, but their office procedures and support staff are horrible! What other dentist group takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours for just a cleaning? They are never on time. If your appointment is at 10:00am, be prepared to leave there some time after 12:30pm. And IF it is THEIR mistake with the appointment time (which happens A LOT), they will not even try to accommodate you -- they say the next available appointment is in 3 months! The do not care at all for their patients time and well being. Very sad...

Just scheduling an appointment. I was giving the run around. I had my insurance call the Union office to confirm what plan the will except. They was told yes. I called back and was told yes, we take your insurance but, no new patience. Please call the Woodbridge office. I called the office and was told no. I called the insurance company again and they confirm yes. It seems if you are African American you will receive horrible service or no service at all. I will be contact the Dental Association on this matter.

Love the actual dentist, hate the office. They schedule way too many appointments at once and they dont honor their appointments on schedule. If you show up first, you should go in first; simple as that. Ridiculous to wait an hour to see your dentist when you scheduled an appointment four months in advance. I like the main dentist Grober. The technician people are fine too. They just schedule too many patients at once. No reason your waiting room should be 20 deep at all times.

Job well done by Dr. Grober and D. Lamphier! They took good care of me and my teeth. Appointments are on time and the staff doing excellent work. when ever I need adjustment of my teeth the take care of me and dont let me wait. Friendly place and I recommend every one to go there to fix their teeth.This place deserves 5 stars. Thank you Dr. Grober for helping me out with my upper and lower teeth.

This place time after time has made me wait hours, because "they ran into difficulties". I have even been told to come back the next day. On top of that you have to wait months before you can get another appointment. Whatever system they have now isnt working and Im on the look for a new dentist

Absolutely worst waiting times. Making an appointment and then being seen when you arrive for your appointment shouldnt feel like a chore....if you could pick another dentist, I suggest you do.

They are so professional and there customer service is so amazing. Dr Cohen is great and my lab tec Venus was so great . I look forward to going in the office the entire staff is wonderful.
